Sedentary would be the best word to describe my fitness level, mindset, and life philosophy prior to my meeting Arleigh. I was content with doing no physical activity and eating junk because I just didn’t understand that I don’t need to feel terrible day in and day out. To put it frankly, feeling terrible, unmotivated, and lethargic had become my normal. Enter Arleigh and the personal training station et voila! Two months later I am somehow training with Arleigh twice a week, started spinning at home again, eating nutritious food, and somehow having enough energy to go above and beyond at work

The facility is not only super clean but every session is a private, exclusive experience - just me and Arleigh at any given time, so it’s very safe and welcoming”. Arleigh has been my personal trainer for 5 years and I am as happy with my results now as I was in the beginning.
My fitness goals over time have changed and Arleigh has been there to guide and provide feedback on my workout regime and meal planning.
I went from being "skinny" to actually seeing some serious muscle size. Arleigh has also helped me build a passion for working out and keeping fit.

Arleigh is an incredible trainer. Her ability to isolate weak areas and create programs to strengthen those areas is the best I have ever experienced.
Arleigh's ability to write a diet tailored to an individual's needs and desires is guaranteed to lose weight.
During this time of covid I was especially impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail shown in sanitizing all of the equipment between clients.

Three months off weight and conditioning training in a pandemic is hard on anyone and especially at my age. Arleigh quickly analyized my needs and kept adapting exercises, pushing me, backing off when necessary, extending when I could do it. Her knowledge of exercise anatomy is impressive and always available in changing up were beneficial. I have significantly regained strength and am looking forward to further improvement. I highly recommend Arleigh.

After many years of zero deliberate physical activity, and now fully retired, I was worried about muscle loss, balance and stamina. Arleigh was quick to understand my needs, and has provided a programme and guidance that has addressed all of my concerns. After four months, I have experienced improvement in all areas, to the point that I am more confident walking on uneven sidewalks, no longer worried about tripping or falling, and I have even reconsidered a planned move to get away from the stairs in our two story home. Easy to work with, excellent technical knowledge, and a dedicated trainer!

Before training with Arleigh I struggled very much with going to the gym. Ever since I began working with her, I've had a complete 180 when it comes to working out. She has not only motivated me during my sessions but also outside of them. I've had opportunities to train with other trainers, including celebrity trainers in Los Angeles, and I felt that they still had not lived up to Arleigh. She is truly amazing and I'm so thankful for her!! :)

Arleigh is an exceptional trainer and motivator. I learned about her through a person who had taken the personal training course with her. She insisted if I were to take the course it should be with her. Fast forward 5 years later and I am now a personal trainer myself mostly with snowbirds in either Mexico or Florida.
