Mayfair Optometric Clinic has been proudly serving the greater Victoria area for over 20 years and Dr. Stephen Taylor has been seeing Victoria patients for over 30 years. Born and raised in Victoria, he is a graduate of Oak Bay High School. In 1986 Dr Taylor graduated from Pacific University in Oregon.
We'll come out (evening and weekend appointments available) to sign up the company and provide you with sufficient discount coupons to distribute to your staff. This is about a 15-minute meeting. For many companies that have extended medical, we offer direct billing to insurance providers. We'll come out to your place of work and enroll the company (less than 15 minutes) and provide a bundle of discount coupons for distribution to your staff.

Nice collection of frames and great service from sales woman, she helped me with picking the right frames and stayed extra time with me to finish everything to make sure things are good. Everything good so far but I just would like to say that it's okay for a customer to ask to book another appointment after the first one for adjustments and not make it all into one appointment, thats all. They have great prices too, would recommend.

Dr. Taylor is by far the best optometrist I've ever gone to. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. He also seems to be a bit of a perfectionist and is willing to go the extra mile to help you see as well as possible. The rest of his large staff are all wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with this clinic - have attended Mayfair Optometric Clinic for a few years now - their friendly staff offer consistent excellent service. I recently had to be referred to my family doctor for follow-up for a condition that was picked up during an eye exam. The care Dr Brad Genereux and Sandy extended to me is sincerely appreciated, leaving me feeling that I am indeed in good hands and that they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend their Clinic.

Had my glasses fixed (the screws kept falling out, to wide for my face) I am thrilled with the result they have never fit so well. My glasses were my great grandpas so naturally I was concerned about getting them fixed. The team was so great, it was clean, comfortable and quick not to mention well priced! I am happy I bit the bullet and had them fixed, I will definitely be using there services again. I even saw them wipe down the door after I left, very impressed. Thanks again everyone!

A big shout out to Mayfair Optometric. While on a recent holiday in Hawaii my husband's glasses went flying in the surf never to be seen again. Thankfully the words of your staff advising him to always travel with a spare pair saved us from a day of misery with extremely limited vision or having to quickly find an alternative. On top of that one phone call to Mayfair and his new glasses were underway and will be ready asap. Thanks for exceptional service Mayfair staff!

I had been going to another optometric clinic and over three years was misdiagnosed. I had a cataract making my vision very blurry. A few people at work told me how wonderful Dr. Stephen Taylor is so I made an appointment to see him. The first time I walked in the door the staff treated me like I had been going there for years. Dr. Taylor was very informative about my eye sight and explained in terms that a patient can understand! I very highly recommend seeing Dr. Taylor and the awesome staff at Mayfair Optometric Clinic.

I am SO grateful for the expert care I have received for a couple of decades now at Mayfair optometric clinic. I totally trust the whole team with the care of my eyes. Dr Taylor has been my eye doctor for all of that time. Brilliant care! Answers all of my questions. Thank you for taking the time and care to explain and to make sure all is OK with my vision. Freshly baked cookies on Saturdays. Need I say more? I had read that Dr. Peddle was great with children so this is why we chose to go see him. He was more than amazing with small children, as were the whole staff. Melissa even took the time to bounce my 9 month old on her knee! Amazing and personal customer service. We will be customers for life - my daughter and husband both got glasses there.

Exceptional customer service. I saw Dr Taylor today, and he was very thorough, explained everything to me regarding my contacts and answered all my questions. I order glasses this morning and they were ready for me to pick up after work today. I couldn't believe how fast it was. Highly recommend to any and everyone in need of contacts and glasses. The wonderful folks at Mayfair Optometric have been keeping me on the straight and narrow, and properly focussed, for almost 20 years.
