With pet ownership at an all-time high, so too are the requirements to keep those animals happy, healthy and safe. At Granville College, we share in that passion, which is why we offer our Veterinary Technician Assistant diploma Program that opens the door to a rewarding career in animal health care.
Veterinary Technician Assistants are qualified professionals who undergo formal education, training and experience to deliver specific veterinary services under the supervision of a Veterinarian. They make every part of a clinic run smoothly and make a real difference in lives of animals they help to treat.

This is my first Vet college and my 1st impression for this place is that it's a pretty nice school! I graduated from the VTA program and I learned a lot from this school to apply into my practicum. My instructor, Justyna, was knowledgeful and have many stories to tell. My classmates are smart and curious. The curriculum is good and the field trips are fun. To add more, I am an international student and I'd recommend other international students to take a look into this school. I hope further in the future this school will be big and bring more courses and benefit for their students.

My experience at Granville College has been exceptional. I was recommended to go here by a coworker and I am very happy with my decision. Prior to the start of the program I was a receptionist at a veterinary clinic and what I have learned here at the college translates realistically into the field. Learning the background knowledge and theory behind the practice has proven to be very valuable. There are many opportunities for practical hands on experience in the classroom, guest speakers and so many field trips! My instructor Mandy has truly made learning a breeze. She explains everything in detail

Granville college has been a wonderful experience. Mandy has never failed to make my learning experience here fun and cheerful. The amount of information you will receive while in this program in this 6 month long diploma program is astonishing! If you’re ever considering taking a VA course I would 10/10 recommend this one!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, what an amazing college! The staff are awesome, and do everything to prepare you for the veterinary industry in only 6 months. I loved the small class sizes, and the support of the staff. Thank you Mandy for making this program even more amazing and helping us to find great clinics for our practicum! Im so glad I chose Granville college and highly recommend it.

This is probably my best learning experience. A fantastic place to learn to become a VA. The staff and instructors strive to get the best out of ourselves and prepare us to be a Veterinary Assistant ready to work. Shout out to our instructor Mandy who has been tremendously helpful to me throughout the course, not only on academic level but also personal level. She cares about all her students so much and she's the happiest person I've ever met. If anyone is looking to become a VA, this would be the place I recommend.

I am one of the plenty of grads 2015 and can not stress enough of what a waste of money this was, courses are not recognized for jobs or other schools. I highly recommend taking the actual courses at recognized institution instead of taking the fast route here. It is 2019 I have never put this to use but still paying off the student loan I used for this I demand a refund!!! And the school who has gone through so many HR people and teachers don't respond for nothing.

I am pleasantly happy with the way this course has been going, I’ve met amazing new and different people, made amazing friends and I have the best teacher I have ever had in my whole life of schooling. Mandy. She cares so much about her students, she is bright and happy every single day and she really made me believe in myself. Her positivity really brightens my each and everyday and I have never had grades this high in my life. The field trips really helped me to see the different jobs associated with this certificate which helped me find what I truly want to pursue as a career in the future

Great school, lots of useful and practical information to prepare yourself for entering the world of animal health care. My instructor and classmates are awesome and make the course that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend for those looking for a thorough veterinary assistant program while still being able to graduate and start a new career all in the same year.
