My baby girl, Pinky, is an almost 3 year old albino Dumbo eared fancy rat. She had surgery here end of last year and then again yesterday, both were a success. The team here is kind and helpful. The vet does top notch work, and was excellent at explaining things and making sure I understood how much it would cost beforehand.

We were looking for a place to neuter our bunny, Berry, a very shy and anxious boy. We were extremely happy to have found this place. A 5-star service. All the staffs are very nice and friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and gentle to our Berry. Very detailed after-care instructions and medications provided. Highly recommended. We will definitely be coming back for regular check-up on Berry. Thank you :)

We have a large Great Dane who is very anxious around new people so it is always stressful taking him to the vet, but we are so lucky we found Dr Buckner. He is so kind, gentle and patient with Diesel. We have always had a great experience with him. The staff and vet techs are also so friendly and caring! Thank you guys!!

This is the best clinic ever! I would argue the best in Canada.
Front desk staff, vet techs, doctors, everyone is amazing here. Non judgemental, friendly, they communicate really well and they truly listen well.
I don't think I could trust my Tai (kitten) with anyone else. I will be bringing his sister Bonnie here once she's in my care.
I truly believe Dr Uri Bernstyn is ahead of the game in the veterinary world and he cares for the animals and his business well. You can tell he picks his staff carefully and trains them better than any facility.

Nj and Bonnie are literally the best! Great staff here they really care. And Bonnie especially takes the time to listen and answer all questions (I’m a very anxious dog/cat/bunny mom) and she explains prices procedures and what’s the best options based on what your looking for. I would highly recommend. My bunny got neutered here they did an excellent job (Nj) and took care of my bun afterwards.

We called around to different vets trying to find an exotic vet for our reptiles. We chose to come here because the people we spoke to on the phone were so nice and were able to answer our questions and advise us. We were able to bring our ball python here and the staff was so compassionate, knowledgeable, flexible and patient. They took the time to explain and demonstrate the procedure for the prescribed treatment so that we could treat him at home. The doctor explained everything to us, was very thorough and went above and beyond. They did not do any unnecessary treatments and advised us based

Dr. Burstyn is the most caring, passionate and knowledgeable vet I've ever met. This is the only place we'll take our cat from now on.
About 2 months ago my kitty, Tai, started biting at the tip of his tail until it bled. We took him to a vet in Coquitlam where they suggested he may have OCD, and that we should amputate enough of the tail that it won't catch his attention from his peripheral vision, and tempt him to bite it. We weren't totally convinced so we had the tail bandaged and took him home to think it over. Unfortunately, a few weeks later while waiting for the initial tail injury to

Got a same day appointment for my hedgehog. Doctors and vet techs were very friendly and clear about the process and diagnosis. The vey thought my hedgehog had seizures and I still don't entirely agree with his assessment, I think my friend and the internet correctly identified it as a hibernation attempt but pleasant experience overall and nice to know theres a doctor for hedgehogs.
