Amelia did a fantastic job on my makeup for my wedding! She did a beautiful job with little input needed, and was very friendly, positive, and professional. The makeup application was very reasonably priced ($65); I’d highly recommend the Spa on 4th!

This is my first experience at Beverly the spa on 4th.
I came here with my good friend for a couple massage. We arrived pretty early to fill out some paper work. The front desk lady asked if we wanted to use the steam room or if we wanted to lounge. I asked if we can used the stream room. She got that ready for us and as we finished our paper work we headed upstairs to the woman's locker room.
They had lockers and provided us with clean robes, sandals, towels and products. This was very lovely, my friend and I are very use to the come in get massage and leave. So this experience was very

I had my makeup done here for my wedding in 2016. Less than 12 hours after my wedding, the make up artist contacted me on Facebook (I did not reach out to her or communicate with them at all via Facebook) asking me to tag her in all my photos and to send her pictures of myself for her portfolio. I am very private and didn't even post any of our private, personal photos on Facebook, and I thought it was so unprofessional for this to take place. I will also clarify that I paid full price, and the make up artist expected me to give her free advertising/promo on the photos of the most important day

I had originally provided a poor review of this Spa as I had the issue below in receiving gift certificates:
I ordered (and paid for) two gift certificates on December 18th, each for a 45 minute pedicure. These two items are (were?) gifts, and I intended on forwarding the email confirmation of purchase onto my friends. I am currently stuck overseas due to the pandemic, so most of my Christmas presents were gift certificates this year.
I did not receive the email confirmations, however, noted that the funds had come out of my account. I contacted the Spa and they confirmed that I had paid, yet

I came in today with my significant other for a couples massage and for the first time having a massage, the experience was amazing! The two masseuses were super nice and made us feel comfortable! By the time we finished our massage, we were way to relaxed to get up. We were also lucky to experience the steam room after the massage and it was the icing to our cake! It had a nice scent in the steam room but my boyfriend didn't like it. Perhaps next time we could choose if we wanted a scent in the steam room or not?

Best Spa in Vancouver and reasonably priced too. I talk about Beverly's to all my friends. The staff are seriously AMAZING, passionate about their job and very engaging. Cant say enough good things about this place. Definitely one of my fave to go places to go where you experience tranquility. Forget 5 stars, its 10 stars!!!

I have been coming to this spa for over 8 years (inconsistently I must admit) but every experience I have had the spa staff have treated me with respect and dignity. I have had a couple facials, a Vichy seaside scrub and a few mani and pedi combos. Although this spa isn't anywhere close to where I live I make the trek every time. I have found that although there are closer places for similar prices, many claim to be "spas" yet lack on staples such as soothing, relaixng and comfortable. I will keep coming back to Beverly's.

I went here for the first time with a gift card I'd been given. It's a beautiful space very tranquil & serene environment. I chose to get a manicure and was very happy with my service. My manicurists name was Sharon and she was lovely. She did a very thorough job and really took her time to make sure my nails looked their best. We had a great conversation the whole time. My one peeve about this place... I went in with gel Polish on my nails. Now most places I'd been to don't charge you for the removal if you're getting a manicure with them but this place charged me

Today I went to the spa for pedicure and manicure. My daughter had given me a gift certificate for a day to spoil myself.
1. The young ladies in attendance including the receptionist were helpful and friendly.
2. The pedicure was professional and quite thorough.
3. I regret to say that the manicure was less than satisfactory. She offered to retouch the "sides" of the nails that were all missed when I pointed it out to her. My answer was "no". If you cannot do it right the first time you are not entitled to waste my time by retouching.
I go regularly to Star Nails on

Had a wonderful relaxing wax and pedicure today with Amanda. She's worked there for 7 years and was very professional and friendly. She seems very engaged in her job and providing the best service that she can. She gave me good advice on polish colours to match my bridesmaid dress as well.
My only suggestion is to ensure that the front desk staff clarify what type of pedicure you are booking in for. I thought I could clarify that I wanted a 30 minute pedicure when I got there, but I ended up getting a 60 minute pedicure. It was a delightful experience that I don't regret, and it was

We turned up early to use the steam room; other than being given a form and told to fill it out after using the steam room coupled with a brief explanation as to where the changing rooms were we were left alone. Staff didn't seem to have their s**t together as when we emerged the forms had disappeared and resulted in the 2 massage therapists having to find them and then stand chatting whilst we filled them out (hint: not conducive to a relaxing environment)

I have been going here for years. It's in my hood (and what an amazing neighbourhood it has become), the staff are fab, and the pedis last longer than any others I have ever had, hands down! The upstairs pedi lounge is really comfortable - a great place to treat yourself to an hour of 'just you time' !

Beverly's is a decent spa right near Bishop's, in the heart of 4th Street. The estheticians are quite good, and the back room for manicures is good for up to four people to get pedicures and/or manicures done. The "chill/lounge area" upstairs where you wait is furnished ok, but it's not particular comfortable or conducive to staying for long periods of time. The spa also emphasizes quietness - great if you are a single person there, but difficult to manage if you are a group (and they will get mad if you are loud).
