In 1971, Joseph started working at a hair salon in Lebanon at the young age of 8 years old. He realized at that age that hair and people are two things he loves to be around. Joseph quit school at age 12 to pursue his passion in hair. He worked with amazing artists from all around the world and learned so much from each individual.

Booked a manicure/pedicure well in advance, and specifically asked for someone who with experience. Zoe was my technician and had the manicure first. It was the most painful experience. To begin, I had to ask for my coat to be hung up. She just sat there an looked at me. Big red flag right there. She was almost afraid to touch my hands. The file kept falling because she was not holding it tight enough, hence the filing was horrible. Nails are not even, my cuticles were pushed back dry. Put on loads of lotion BEFORE cleaning underneath, then left me with it all on my arm and hands and then attempted

Customer service - A very sub-standard massage prompted this review. Unfortunately, my attempts to discuss this with the owner were not acknowledged. That being said, the same spa treatment a year before was excellent. I have had numerous massage treatments over the years and know there will be differences between each masseuse. This was not the case in this circumstance. I was extremely disappointed to have to use my gift card for this session.

I had an appointment with Pink Lime's new colourist Dayna. She just moved to Vancouver and I am so excited I found her! She was absolutely incredible--a true artist! I brought her pictures of what I was looking for and delivered well beyond my expectations. She specializes in blondes and it REALLY shows! I felt like she found the perfect toner for my colouring. I saw Dayna last weekend and she honestly made my day. Not only did she figure out exactly what to do with my hair in about 3 minutes, and executed it beautifully, but she was also just a refreshing pile of joy to talk to! I normally don't enjoy the hair salon chat, and was having a particularly gloomy day. But she picked me right up with her sweet energy and unforced friendliness. You can tell she's not from Vancouver :) Absolutely worth a visit. Thanks Dayna!

5 starts to Monique!! I had a fabulous experience with her colouring my hair. After several failed attempts at other hair salons, Monique got my desired colour absolutely right and I am now happy with this fantastic result :D Her detailed consultation prior to the hair treatment definitely helped me in clarifying what I really wanted and I am grateful for her patience and her effort!

I had a hair cut done few days back. I had long wavy hair wanted to have like a short featured / layer cut. Initially they did the hair wash, trimmed the hair a bit and straightened the hair. Then started doing the layer cut. She did for like an hour. Literally chopped my hair. They used curler to style and finally it looked ok. Later in the day i tried to hold the hair to do a ponytail my hair was so less. The layers were disastrous. It wasnt professionally trimmed layers at all. The hair which was close to the neck was literally chopped by the stylist. Hair was so uneven and small. They charge
