I've been here for everything, facials, Botox, filler, laser hair removal and every time I have the best experience. Nurse Ashley is the the best nurse ever. She was truly made to be a nurse! She's patient, gentle and listens to my areas of concern. Other med spas always make me feel like I HAVE to get more of this or more of that, even if it's something I haven't expressed concern over. If Nurse Ashley feels like I don't need it she is honest about that. The inside of the medi spa is more of a homey vibe. It doesn't feel like that cold sterile office that you are

This was my first time at the West Hollywood location. Nurse Ashley did my Botox a few weeks ago and she was the sweetest, informative, and honest about what I needed. I normally see dr R at the other location in studio city ( who does a phenomenal job as well) I will be back soon to try the Forma :)

Came here for a lip flip in February 2020. Scheduling was easy. The gal at the front desk was pleasant. The interior is very chic and "grammable".
My opinion of the place started to go down hill when I got into the room. The doctor came in hurriedly, didn't introduce herself. Barely explained what was going to happen, didn't explain aftercare or give me the opportunity to ask questions. I had previously worked for a cosmetic dermatologist so I had some idea of the do's and dont's, but as a brand new patient I

Haley was so accommodating while booking my appointment over the phone, and was so welcoming and sweet during the whole check-in process.

I went here for some injections a month ago. And without reading my medical chart, the MD applied numbing cream to my skin that made me break out into large red hives. When I contacted Brian at the spa, he said they use a cream called BLT. With a quick google search, I found out it is Benzocaine, Lidocaine and Tretacaine. They all use an ingredient I am allergic to which was written on my medical papers declaring my allergies. WHY WOULD YOU ASK PPL ABOUT THEIR ALLERGIES AND NOT READ THEM?

If you want beautiful skin, Norma is the ONE. She is so awesome. Yesterday was my second time with her and I'm telling you she has done wonders with my hormonal acne problems. It's a process but she will get down to the root of your issue and fix it right away. She's very nice, patient, and very efficient in her work. And she gives THE BEST massages ever. Omg!!!! She is amazing

Their upper lip flip is a total scam. I just paid 175 for 6 units of botox, a 90 dollar value if you just buy the units, and I'm noticing I don't have any botox bumps afterwards, so I'm assuming there won't be any lift. The aesthetician also really rushed me in and out. She barely let my lips get numb and she's lucky I've already had botox before or I'd have left with very little information. I'd suggest going somewhere where all of the clients are treated the same and the value of what you are getting is upfront and not added on when it's too late.

Not worth the money and the company is willing to charge you $98.09 and never give u the last shipment of product or money back. So you get charged $98.09 to cancel with no product. Asked for manager and was told was busy. I believe that when pigs fly. Got burnt and hope you don't! And I wonder if this review is ever posted.

This is probably the best, new, medical spa that I've been to!
The decor is BEAUTIFUL, everyone that works there is so nice and helpful, and they offer so many different types of services!
This is definitely my go to for facials. Its probably the best experience I've ever had!
