The massage therapists are friendly and professional, and varies in their techniques (from relaxation, firm therapeutic to deep tissue), but are all good. Sarah the owner also provides manicure / pedicure services. She is very caring and thorough with her art.

I have been dealing with shoulder problems and tight trapezius muscles for the longest time and I have to say the massages they gave me helped a lot. Ive tried things like massage guns and professional pilates to help stretch and loosen my trapezius muscles but after a few days they would always feel tight again. however coming to this shop was such a good choice. my shoulders felt so much more relaxed even after a week, plus my skin felt more moisturized since they used a body butter. the prices there are also pretty cheap compared to other places I've been too, definitely recommend!!!

I went to this spa several times. The massage therapists most are professional but this time the young lady help me to message was not good, not professional ! During one hour message she take time to watch her phone around 4-5 times when she phone vibrate! Even she is enthusiasm but I don’t want to go anyway! After finishing I feel nothing

If you are suffering from should pain, back pain, and headache, this is the place to go. They do professional massage that really helps alleviating and improving conditions that caused by sitting for long hours. I go there on a regular basis to deal with my should and back discomfort. I’ve suggested a lot of my friends who have this sort of discomfort to try this place out, and they all became their regular customers. Rates are very reasonable, and you can get even better rates if you purchase a package. Highly recommended.

Awesome message and cupping place! I go there every week to get my body relaxed and retuned for the week ahead. People there are very easy going, especially the booking process is very straightforward, makes life a lot easier. The ladies there are very professional at the messaging, really knows how to fix the problem I have. It’s also a clean and quiet place to spend time at. Would 100% suggest people to come and try it out.

Have been there for years. Always bring my mum with me to go there have lovely treatment. They provide awesome massage. The therapists listen what your problems are. sucu as back pain, neck pain or head. Side of massage, the body scrab is also goooood!! Nice services~ My mum and I both of us like Comfy SO MUCH! The best massage place ever!!

My friends have taken me here for the last few months for my shoulder pain problems. I have found this Comfy Spa very helpful to treat my discomfort because they deliver excellent deep tissue massage for my health issues and the specialist has very good treatment skills. The regular massage therapists are very professional. They will also recommend extra treatment (including cupping therapy) and have a lot of experience using different alternative treatment for my health issues. The place is really comfortable and clean. I highly recommend Comfy Spa.

Kind staff. Mediocre manicure. Chairs don't massage, and the water your put your feet in is just a basin that they have to carry hot water from the back room to fill it up. Paid 51$ plus tax for a mani pedi with regular polish, which is what you would pay at a nice salon with massage chairs. Won't be back.

I've been going to Ruby nails for the past 3 years for gel manicures and massages. They always do a great job. Sarah is so friendly and kind. She makes me feel very comfortable. The prices are reasonable for the service they provide. The gel manicure lasts for 4 weeks, easily. I would recommend this place to everyone 100%!

I saw they got such a high rating and went, but sadly found they were absolutely HORRIBLE. The UV gel nails were terribly shaped and the edges started peeling off in several hours. One of their staffs didn't even use the bonder while doing the gel nail, which was definitely an amateurish thing. I think they probably used to be good, but not anymore since the owner has been changed. I will never go back.

Ruby nails was amazing! Not only were the employees very sweet, but they did a stellar job as well. I booked a side-by-side manicure for me and my best friend, both of our nails were done by about the same time and the employees cracked jokes and were very kind, but they also gave my bff and I space to talk to each other as well :) my manicure lasted forever! Would definitely go back again!

My sister and I have our nails done every time I visit from New York City, and we have tried at least five places in Vancouver. Ruby is the best--a perfect manicure and pedicure with thoughtful, friendly service. You don't pay for "fancy" (more often tacky) decor, because there isn't any. This is how we do it in New York.

Ruby nails is an excellent salon! The girls who work there are so nice and obliging. They brought me tea, filled my water bottle and made me feel totally relaxed.
I got UV gel nails. They were done by Snow (that's how the name sounded but I'm not sure if it's how it's spelled!). She did an excellent job. She worked so meticulously and carefully and did a wonderful job. Do reserve some time for this work, mine took 2 hours! I brought in a photo of what I wanted and she did it exactly that. Really good job and very good value!

Ruby Nails is a great place to have a mani-pedi! Owner Sarah is a fun and engaging person who appears really on top of what's happening in her salon. My friend and I were there today and when Sarah found out I was getting my nails done for my wedding - she insisted I get a French manicure and did not charge me for the tips.
We had so much fun there - I would highly recommend this as a place to get your nails done.

This is my second UNPAID review of Ruby Nails on West Broadway. I came for a pedicure today, told them I had written a yelp review and they told me it had been deemed invalid, solicited and paid and had been taken down. She then showed me that indeed it was under "not recommended " review section. Not fairI meant every word I said and it was my first time there and I bought 10 dollar flo jos. All true!!

The ladies take care of my shellac nails so well and take the steps to make sure I'm happy with the color, shape and size of my nails. I once had gotten a French shellac and did not like the shape of the tips, and ruby, the owner was so patient with me and actually redid that specific shellac nail from scratch. All the ladies are super friendly, but the owner Ruby is my favorite we always chat a storm! I'm always going to be coming to Rubys despite the distance from Burnaby!

I have been going to Ruby Nails for about 6 years. Regardless of where I live in Vancouver (East Van, South Van, Downtown, Olympic Village), I have always overlooked the more convenient locations and preferred to go to Ruby Nail, even if it's a bit of a drive.
They are my preferred nail salon because of their commitment to the best quality for a very reasonable price and their friendly service. I know I will be well taken care of and that they won't let me leave unless their work is perfect.

Came here last minute for a pedicure as an impulse with a friend of mine. The reviews seemed good and it was a Monday we figured why not finish off our girls day out with getting our nails done. First off I love that this place cuts seniors nails for free on Mondays. I think that is such a sweet and simple way to show you care about the community. Both girls that were working were friendly and engaging and although they did talk to each other in Mandarin, you could tell they weren't talking crap about you like some places do. For the same amount of price you can get better quality. There was no foot and hand massage, which I was very disappointed. Lot of places come with massages when you get your meni pedi done. One of the staff there was rough and made my girlfriend's nails bleed. I was lucky that the lady that was working on me was gentle. Because I got the better staff who was working on me, I am being generous to give this place 2 stars out of 5.

Excellent customer service! The lady who owns it, Christine, is a charming lady. By the time you leave this place you'll feel like she's your long lost Chinese auntie. She is exceptionally warm, friendly and generous of spirit. She does free nail and foot care for seniors on certain days.
The foot care you'll receive here is heavenly.
My mother was here with me and she was really concerned about her fungal toenails. Christine assured my mom that the nails were not infected but she was wearing shoes that were too tight and they were ruining her bone alignment and we're damaging
