Over priced place! they do not have any staff in kitchen that really cares for kosher food or it's prep! mostly sri lankan staff that laugh at our beliefs. talk to so called manager by the name arthour previously and he is just an armenian guy to pick up a pay cheque. i will report this place to kashrut council of canada for sure. i saw sri lankan guy lit the pizza oven on his own and when he was told about it... answer was that the restaurant is so busy to follow the rules. avoid.

Came here during COVID, made reservations online for their patio.
Patio (3 stars):
- pretty small, has 5 tables (4 and 2 seats).
- white linens and looks high class.
- it is still facing the Eglington street, they do plain some music pretty loudly, likely to drown some of the street noise
Food (2 stars):
- we ordered two pizzas Tuscan and Portabello $22-24
- both were extremely bland, the dough was thin crust but soft. Almost like the frozen ones you can make at home
- beers (they had 4 beers, bottles only) $10 each
The total came to $80.
Service: (3 stars)
When I tipped 10%, I was told

Always a pleasant and yummy dining experience. Don’t eat out often, but whenever I’m in Toronto- I always make it to Bistro. Just went for my mom’s birthday. Best bread, appetizers and Tuna Nicoise in town. Eggplant Parmesan, Spring Rolls and Salads were fantastic. Nice ambience and friendly service. Yes, not every dish is always perfect but they won’t hesitate to try and make it right. Most consistent upscale kosher dairy in Toronto- but bring back the Chummus please!

It should have been a warning that at dinner time the restaurant was practically empty. The service was excellent, the food however was not. One dish that should be removed from the menu was the cauliflower. It came deep fried and drowned in dark brown barbecue sauce. Both visually and to taste, most unappetizing. The food was pretty tasteless. Not one of us said we would return, so that says it all.

Was hesitant between two and one star but left it at two as waitress was quite accommodative. Was visiting Toronto for professional event, wanted to do lunch. Seemed like this place was the only game in town for a dairy restaurant, not pizza. The place is drab. The decor is very questionable with extra cords from the lights been rolled and exposed everywhere. They only had one waitress-hostess-barista-bartender when we came. Everything was, understandably pretty slow. We sat near the window and booth was vibrating so had to change the table. My plates and utensils were dirty, like literally oily

I decided to give this place a chance after I last visited here 3 years ago. Maybe things had changed, maybe they worked on the food and maybe it was worth the $$ that they charged their clientele.
The ambiance was just as beautiful and as classy when I walked in. But then I started looking at the details. I was there for a birthday and the tables that were set up were a complete mess. Some settings had main menus and sushi menus (I'll get on that in a minute), and some just had menus. I also acknowledge that this is a small thing, but it is the details for a place priced so high but even

I went here a while back but i recently joined yelp so i decided to write a review on my experience. This place serves kosher dairy dishes and different types of fish. Between two people we ordered bruschetta, salmon pizza and fettucine alfredo. All three were scrumptious! the pasta was extremely tasty and left me wanting more after each bite. It was both creamy and buttery. The pizza was something ive never tried before and i was a bit skeptical about salmon on it. After trying it though ill definitely have it again! It was the perfect amount of salmon on top of the sauce and cheese. The crust

The other night a few of us were looking for a place nearby that would let us enjoy a good meal while enjoying the beautiful weather. We stumbled upon this kosher bistro and although we had some initial hesitation (none of us are strictly kosher) we ended up having a very good experience.
The décor is very upscale, each table lined with a double tablecloth. The carpet covering the entire dining space is a great buffer allowing conversation not to resonate through the restaurant.
The menu is varied with many pizza, pasta and fish options. Obviously, the restaurant being kosher-dairy meant there

It's really hard to write this review, because this is a strictly Kosher (dairy) restaurant, and I don't keep Kosher, so I have the full range of restaurants to pick from. If I only had the handful that Kosher-strict people have, I would probably rate this restaurant much higher.
That being said, I do eat a lot of vegetarian food, so I do know that it can have full flavour and full taste. My tuna confit salad was void of these things, although presentation on the plate was gorgeous. Prices are EXTREMELY high for what you get, again, because it's Kosher. Everything is at least
