Recently moved to Langley, and was introduced to this dental office through a good friend. The office was a little out of the way for us but still convenient to find and park at. Staff was awesome, extremely friendly and accommodating! Regardless whether it was for a cleaning, or more advanced dental work, Flagship Dental handled everything with patience, efficiency, and at a reasonable price, would easily recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist office. Will enjoy going back for all my dental needs. Thank you!

I had to cancel last minute due to flue symptoms unfortunately the morning of and recieved attitude and was made to feel guilty for canceling. This is not the type of attitude that should be shown when I am trying to keep their staff safe in the middle of a pandemic. The next appointment I had I clicked confirm but I guess it didn't go through but they canceled my appointment I had taken the morning off for. Honestly not that impressed with the service, I found the dentist quite cold/unfriendly. I will not be going back. I can say the medicine seems high quality, the facility is clean and they

Been going to this dental practice for many years. Howard, now retired was always good to my family and I. The new doctor, Jordan, is great. He has taken over the practice and mad some great changes. The entire space is updated and looks very professional, which matches Jordan's abilities. His staff are friendly and very helpful. I have recommend Flagship to numerous friends, and my own staff, who have all come away with great things to say about Jordan and his team.

I have been a patient here for many years. Dr.Ullett was the person who with his staff helped me overcome my fear of dentists. He had such a wonderful personality. Now the office is updated and modern with different staff but it is still a friendly and competent place where they make time to talk to you. 3 of my children also went when they were young. A great place for family dentistry !

All in the extra details. Honestly it’s a VIP teeth cleaning experience. Everyone is so kind and happy so it’s particularly comfortable. Asking questions about your benefit plans doesn’t even annoy the receptionists! They seem happy to help. Above and beyond. Why go anywhere else. The only downside is no orthodontics but I think it’s worth it.
