Highly recommend Lana and Gabriele! I did a few hair removal sessions with Lana and truly felt like I've known her for ages, she is super knowledgeable, extremely pro at what she does and super caring and loving and friendly. Goes above and beyond for her clients to make sure they leave with a smile on their face. Extremely friendly and professional experience, it all starts from the warm welcome the moment you step into the spa. I have had the pleasure of having a few treatments performed by Gabriella and have to say she is amazing at what she does, you can tell she is passionate about her client’s experience, is very personable and makes you feel at ease by answering any questions or concerns you may have.

I've been a regular client of this fabulous medical-spa for the past 5 years. The staff is amazing and always friendly. Dr. Denton is a maestro, he listens to what you think you need, he offers helpful advice and recommendations but ultimately leaves the decision making up to you, I have never felt pressured or like I was being up-sold on something that wasn't right for me. Treatments and procedures are always well explained. I love this faciility.

Just had under eye fillers done and the staff were all amazing and so sweet. I was quite nervous about the procedure but they put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Denton was also very gentle and patient and answered all of my questions, the procedure was so quick and relatively painless. I’m so happy with my results!!

I've seen Gabriella for a series of different treatments. She is definitely one of the most knowledgeable skin experts I've met. On my first consultation she came up with a plan for my skin and seemed to really care about helping me with my trouble spots and concerns. I've been coming in for treatments ever since. On top of that, she's great to chat with during the treatments as she's kind, friendly and professional. I've enjoyed the treatment times (a nice little zen time out for me), but more importantly I love the results! They really know what they're doing here and the difference in my skin

I have been to Refine for tattoo laser removal with Lana. The clinic beautiful, very clean and well managed. The girls are top notch very informative and knowledgeable, super important when your getting intensive treatments. Lanas bedside manner is SO AMAZING!!!!! She really goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. Tattoo laser removal is not the most comfortable thing but the team really makes sure you are well taken care of! Most importantly results!!! My tattoo which was very dark and covered a large space has lifted more than 50% in just two sessions. So happy I chose Refine to get my tattoo laser removal.

I came here after inquiring at several different places regarding fillers/botox. After talking options over the phone I decided to go through with an appointment with Dr. Denton. I'm so glad I did! Both him and his nurse were very knowledgeable and nice, I never felt pressured or rushed, and I felt they really listened to my wants/concerns. The office and staff are super nice as well. I ended up going through with chin and cheek filler and i LOVE my results! I would come back for more when the time comes. As for pricing they are standard, the filler was what it is at most places, and the botox

Not happy with the after service care. Lips and brows not even after treatment, called right away & was told I needed to wait 2 weeks after the treatment before they could do the complimentary touch up.
Called to make appt & had to wait 4 weeks to get in. Was then told that because of the length of time, that I would have to pay for the touch up service.
Not impressed with their customer service.

I have been to Gabriele for Cool Sculpting twice and could not be more happy with the experience and the outcome. Pender is clean, modern and professional. The staff are great. Gabriele did a wonderful job explaining the procedure and letting me know what to expect. Six months later my "love handles" have disappeared and it feels great. My wife has also gone to a Gabriele and loved the experience and the results. Highly recommended!

I saw dr. Denton initially to get my tear troughs filled. He has a speciality in ocular surgery so I felt confident he would know his stuff. He did. The staff at the front are very sweet and helpful. I was shown into a consultation room and offered a beverage. Upon meeting dr. Denton I was immediately impressed and felt like I was in good hands. He definitely knew what he was talking about. I do extremely thorough research before having any sort of procedure done. I have a solid background in sciences so I'm fairly knowledgeable myself. There was no pressure. I learned through PenderMediSpa that even men above 50 , they can have amazing body and face treatments. The Pender Medi Spa team provided me with a comfortable and professional consultation. The treatments performed on me were medical facials, skin tightening with radio frequency called Exilis Elite plus Vanquish for my lower stomach fat reduction. I had a very awful experience doing my lips with a cheaper in another clinic in Pender street. There is always a reason when something is cheaper. I came here to fix my lips. because they looked like blown sausages! I got my lips done with Dr. Paul here and what a relief. They look good now finally. Dr. Paul is vert freindly, professional and caring. He also listens to you and your needs and doesn't push you to using more filler just to charge you more. He is very humble and polite. I got a filler done at Pender Medi Spa with Dr. Paul Denton. First of all, the ambiance is really nice, the space is very clean and welcoming. The staff is super kind, friendly and helpful. You feel like you're talking to a trusted girl friend. Dr. Paul is also very down to earth and professional: he delivers what a client wants. I also am planning to go for coolsculpting. Gabrielle is the best coolsculpter in town, hands down. She is very honest too, which is not something you see from people in this industry. All my needs unrelated to the actual procedure were met as I made my way from the foyer to the treatment room.

Excellent customer service, technology and treatments. Just had my first treatment here to clarify my skin. My skin feels so soft and fresh. My friends says it glowing. They have different service for different skin types and needs. My dad had a toning and micro last week and he loved it!!! Great for man and woman. The staff are super nice and design the perfect treatment just for you.

I purchased a Living Social voucher for $100--half off a $200 spa treatment. Pender Medi spa said they would not honour my voucher with an expiry date three weeks away because they were fully booked and would not make any bookings beyond the expiry date. They also told me they had been telling a number of clients this and said all they could do was put me on the waitlist. I phoned Living Social twice and they told me both times the voucher was valid as long as the appointment was made in advance of the expiration date and they had contacted the vendor twice about this.
