CALLED TO BOOK A ROOM AFTER BEING DISPLACED DUE TO A FIRE AND NO WARNING ABOUT THE CONSTANT CONSTRUCTION . THey couldnt provide a microwave and the fridge neede defrosting. I got haggled over my working dog dukey cause the staff thought he was a pet.....floor had tains on the rug and the tiles were sticky

No one mentioned to me when I stayed there a month ago that the hotel was shutting down. I believe I left my passport in a drawer in my room, and my efforts to reach anyone who can help me locate it has been unsuccessful because the hotel is now out of business. I called Best Western International and they basically told me there was nothing they could do to help me. That's some amazing customer service.

Waited for 30 minutes each time we took the elevator. There are only 4 elevators, one was stuck at 6th floor the entire time we were there. The elevators are also shared with house keeping and services. Lina from the front desk did not seem to be aware of this issue. Other guests were. Our room was not cleaned, instead house keeping asked if we were checking out. We said no and she just gave us some new towels. The room was in good condition. Service was lacking.

Worst hotel experience ever!
- Some of our group were stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes.
- We had to take the stairs to our room on the 16th floor several times.
- The pool is only open a few hours per day. It's a very small pool with no lounge or regular chairs and one dirty table.
- Our air conditioner didn't work.
- When we called for extra towels and pillows they first told us that we couldn't have extra and then they told us that they didn't have any.
- There was plain drywall in our room, not painted and not even spackled!
- There was only one, two stall bathroom in the lobby and

I stayed at this hotel this pass weekend was a very clean hotel with an awesome location, I loved almost everything about it minus the parking lot it was sooo tight in there. All of the staff were pretty friendly except the one guy who was walking around the main lobby, he never smiled once did not look impressed at all he just stares really hard it makes you feel awkward. A few panhandlers but nothing that bothered us at all. Loved the stay and most definatley would recommend this hotel. PLUS loved that Tim Hortons is right in the same building.

I was in Toronto for 2 nights and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed everything during my stay at Best Western Primrose Hotel. Had breakfast and I was amazed how good it tasted and the waitress was nice. Having a great breakfast and someone so nice to you early in the morning - Definitely made that day for me. Check out was fast and I was taken care of during the stay.

For a Best Western, VERY NICE!
Large rooms, huge flat screen TV, crazy views of the city skyline. I was pretty happy overall. There's a Tim Horton's in the lobby aside their other restaurant. This didn't feel like any Best Western I had stayed at before. The outdoor pool was good too! I noticed it was hot around the hotel, and my room wasn't as cool as I'd prefer, but it was hotter in Toronto than I've ever felt before.
I will be back.
