Absolutely terrible. This hotel refuses to clean your room. I had to use the same paper thin towels for 4 straight days. Every day, I called the reception and asked for new towels and coffee to be delivered to the room, but they simply ignore the request. On the third day, I went to the reception desk to inquire why they would not clean or deliver new towels, and the lady simply smiles and laughed. I am not sure what is happening with this hotel, but if you want to stay here, make sure to bring your own bedding and towel. They will not clean or service the room whatsoever. Consider it more of a

The hotel is the worst ever! Not just a bad hotel, they also delete bad comments!!!
We stay in this hotel for a few nights and here were our experiences.
1. Arrived to a room, they offered ‘upgrade’ with no apologies, the manager acted like they did our a favor.
2. No room cleaning service because its during Covid and they said for hygiene purpose they cannot enter guests room, but they offer valet parking??? How is that make any sense???
3. The worst part of the stay — they let people check-in to our room. We found new set of keys in our room at night on return, when we checked with

Booked 2 nights, and was surprised to be upgraded to the Tower One suite. That wasn't the only surprise... After dropping our stuff and heading out almost immediately, we returned about 9 or 10 from the distillery district to find the carpet in the sitting area wet.. Took a look and found there was a leak in the washroom.. Called down and said, its late send someone tomorrow... Woke up the next morning jumped in the shower to no hot water. Discussion with the manager, Ill give you a free night. Perfect. Moved to another room.. Head out for dinner and come back to a defrosting fridge at 10:30. Water

Stayed in the Tower Deluxe Suite, the view of the city and lake was amazing! The room was good size, modern and had a kitchen.
But the wine glasses in the room had lipstick stain and there was no dish soap and sponge to clean it.
The check in does take some time and also have to wait a bit for the elevator as there are only 4.

One of the best accommodations I have received . The amenities they offer is marvelous, the team is really knowledgeable and professional .
It’s great place for business trip you will have small kitchen, fridge, dishwasher and cloths machine .
The view is amazing from the room, small remark the bathroom is to small when you wash your hands the water drop down couldn’t be better not to complain just a note using the sink in the kitchen was much better .
I sincerely thank everyone who work to give that great service .

I booked for 3 weeks and they gave me a free upgrade to the suite room with kitchen and washer. I have views of Lake Ontario and it’s right on Yonge Street. The hotel is safe and clean, rooms are spacious and… tidy. The staff are very friendly and the hotel lobby turns into a lounge in the evenings for dinner and drinks. Also very affordable for downtown.

Often at One King West for work meetings and more times than not, we end up at Tellers. Friendly service. Best old fashioned in Toronto. Their appetizers are OK. Great place to people-watch as the city's up-and-coming influencers come and go. Nice mix of modern and old world charm. Prices aren't cheap but not ridiculous. Great place to meet people of to meet up for an after work cocktail or beer.

Well here I am walking down Yonge St., getting chilly by the falling snow in April and decide enough is enough and jump into 1 King West to warm up! I notice the lobby bar and with my friend we decide to pull up a couple of stools and see if they have a happy hour deal. Sure enough, $40 bucks gets you two glasses of wine and a charcuterie board.
