Romeo the manager on shift is one of the most awesome manager I've ever met he made my experience and stay 10 out of 10. great customer service skills and so by far the best manager I've ever met and had to deal with at a hotel the employees that were working new years eve were magnificent again 10 out of 10.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Toronto for the week or weekend they made my new years trip the best I've ever had

Highly recommend! Absolutely wonderful. Great location, the suite was perfect. The bed was comfortable. The robes were a welcomed surprise. There we a couple of closets for coats and clothes, making the space feel very organized. Will definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be that the microwave could use an update.

Cambridge was great for what I needed. The halls and room decor could use an update and the shower was janky but the stay was pleasant, quiet and relaxing. The bed and pillows were very comfy and I had a good nights sleep. Parking was only $10 per night when I went so that was great. Parking garage is a bit tight and low so if you have a big vehicle, be warned. I would recommend if you're just looking for a simple, clean quiet hotel in the downtown area. Location is perfect.

Great location, wonderful hotel, love the suite, large and roomy, with a full size desk and ergo chair, a pull out couch, a wet bar with fridge, full size bathroom with tub and shower. Most importantly the bed was super comfy and I slept very well. Only problem was we ended up paying $70 for parking next door at Impark when we could have paid hotel $20. They neglected to tell us not to pay in parking garage. Not happy with this!

3.5 however overall wonderful - the bed in our room had some scratches with rips on the headboard & the decor is date.
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience here, the staff at check in were great, I didn't have a credit card so they were able to take 300 from my debit to cover the security (I got this back promptly in the morning). Everything was explained to us clearly and with a friendly manor.
The room was lovely (minis the dings / dated decor) I loved that everything was separate, the bedroom / living ) bathroom and vanity all had privacy it was spacious and clean. It was perfect having a fridge

If this was my first two experiences at the hotel, then I would have given it a 5/5.
This time around my stay here was okay at best. Staff that checked us in were nice but the "security" for late night entrance into the hotel needs to be changed. Romeo, the night security, needs to relax and stop making guests feel uncomfortable especially after people are enjoying their time in the city and are returning to the hotel. We also noticed that there were some bugs in our room which may have come in with the window being left open by the previous guests. Staff said they would come to clean it up but
