The agent, Christina, who showed us a property was rude in her email correspondence and quite condescending to myself and my boyfriend because we are younger. This company will put you under a microscope and be extremely rude about it as well which I have never experienced in 7+ years of renting in Ottawa. I have an extremely well paying job but was treated like I would be a shady and unreliable tenant by the agent. They told my boyfriend he could submit a paystub from August as proof of income then told him they never said that and asked for another one just to delay the application even further

With the exception of Christina Norton who is a wonderful person to deal with this company solved ZERO of the many issues we had at our rental property. We rarely, if ever heard back form the office when trying to solve any of the multitude of issues we had.

Zero stars if i could. These people are probably the most shady and disrespectful people i have ever met. Me and my friends moved into one of their units and expected everything to go fine because our agent seemed so nice, but once you sign your lease and start giving them money, they switch up. Literally DO NOT live anywhere if Look Property Management is in charge. Instead of being accommodating, they're absolutely shady and often come into the house with NO notice and if you approach them about it, they will lie and say they are allowed to. I found someone to take over my lease and left ASAP

Just a bunch of head games. When I moved out over a month ago, they owed me a large amount of my deposit back. I've emailed multiple times and received excuses. Still haven't received it and I'm furious.

A lot easier just to set up an email you’ll never answer but if you’re looking to pay someone too much money to be a slumlord for you they’re your guys!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Instead of being professional and accommodating, they are shady and make up excuses. They wouldn't accept 57 days notice instead of 60, and for that reason refused to refund the deposit or list the apartment, forcing the unit to be empty for a month.
