Services
Circuit classes will consist of a warm-up/stretch, interval training for approximately 30 min and a cool-down/stretch at the end. Hatha Yoga classes will consist of a variety of seated and standing poses and mini flows to strengthen and lengthen the muscular body. Carrie Brown is a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher with over 20 years combined experience.

Management started off great but over the years it declined. Issues would go outstanding for months or not get fixed at all. They started renovating other units during the 5 years I lived in the building, and I feel like they were trying to push me out so they could charge a new person more. Karen offered no flexibility on the move out date, yet wanted me to notify her if I moved out early so they could clean the unit....I handed my keys in at the last possible minute.

they are older buildings where things break frequently, and they are very slow and unresponsive in fixing them. Also very rude and unaccommodating - do not care about their tenants. save yourself the frustration !!!

Jessica was awful!! Fleming admitted to have untrained agents who “aren’t kept in the loop” about their apartments amenities. They take far too long to get back to you and aren’t afraid to be rude. They are extremely judgemental towards students who are applying for their apartments. Would not recommend to anyone, Especially if you are a student. Beware of Jessica’s wrath!!

If you are renting from Fleming Property Management, they are great. Unfortunately, once you give notice you will be leaving an apartment, they schedule showing without proper notice and do not respect times - especially if you are working from home.
There should be a good relationship between tenant and ownership when a tenant decides to leave; however, they are not accommodating at all.

Easily the best landlord I've ever had. Only downside is you can't paint at all and they're quite strict about that (removable wallpaper, however, is a decent substitute). Very quick to resolve issues and the places are nice. All the employees they've ever sent around are very nice, polite, and do the job well.

Great experience with Fleming Property Management thus far. I have been living at one of their properties for three months now and they have always responded to issues and concerns immediately - My sink was fixed the same day I noticed a leak and they provided solutions when my parking spot became temporarily unavailable. The building itself is in great condition, well maintained, and feels secure. I would recommend this rental company to anyone in the Ottawa area.

I started renting with Fleming Property Management this past fall and it has been a great experience! They are always professional and helpful and their customer service is exemplary. The one time I submitted a request to fix the heat in our apartment, Karen sent someone over right away to sort it out. The fact that their units are stunning is an added bonus to an amazingly run company. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I moved into a new apartment in the summer and am so happy with my choice. The staff were friendly and informative throughout the moving process. The apartments are well renovated and cared for. I had a few maintenance requests when I arrived and these were dealt with quickly and easily. The staff keep us informed of any building issues and work being done. I will definitely try to go through FPM the next time I plan on moving!

I've been living in an apartment rented by FPM for 2 years now and have had a great experience. This company has a high quality of customer service and respect for the individuals that live and pay rent in their properties. Any inquiries or requests I had were answered in a quickly and timely fashion (usually within 24 hour) and during my stay here, I have noticed their attentiveness to the upkeep of their building. It is kept neat and clean with regular maintenance and facility testing. They look to keep their buildings safe and though the buildings are older, they are kept well and renovated
