Short version - Inappropriate file review and plan suggesting our animal undergo exposure to anaesthesia multiple times. This is a big red flag and can only serve the schedule (and increase profit) of the vet and veterinary clinic at the cost of dangerous risks and long term consequences for my animal. This practice should be avoided at all costs and I will not continue to support a clinic that suggests this as a standard of care.
Long version - We took our animal here in 2020 for dental cleaning, xrays and blood work. Fast forward to Aug 2021. We brought our animal in for a suspected dental abscess

The compassion and understanding shown to us by Dr. Horsman was exceptional. She patiently explained all the treatment options for our elderly and very ill cat. We appreciated so much her non judgemental and supportive manner. I also took comfort from the very gentle and kind way she handled our cat. This was an unexpected and very stressful situation

Wow. I am so impressed with the kind of care we were shown in an emergency situation with our dog this weekend. We are from Langley and were visiting family when our chihuahua puppy swallowed a grape. We called this office and they were able to accommodate us immediately. I was met at the door and the vet herself came and took our dog to induce vomiting. I and my family were very worried but I immediately felt she was in the best hands.

We are new to this vet clinic from the city and are finding the clinic extremely friendly, thorough, well organized, professional, helpful, and clean. We were given medication to calm our cats for the vet visit and they were less anxious which as a pet owner feels better to see. We had our 2 cats checked over by Dr Haugen, who explained everything thoroughly, gave some great feeding tips and when he identified some plaque on one side of one of our cat’s mouths we booked in for cleaning under general anaesthetic, feeling confident with Dr Haugen’s suggestion that the cleaning would check to

It's never fun when your pooch needs to see a vet, but this place makes it such a comfortable experience. Our dog woke up with a swollen face, an allergic reaction to something he must have gotten into. We received prompt and careful attention from the awesome staff here. Even got some tips on best things to do while we are in town! Highly recommended.

My dog is anxious and hates the vet. The first time I took her here she fell asleep in the exam room. The music and adaptil combination knocked her right out. The Dr. was gentle and careful with her. She tends to get nervous of strangers touching her and he seemed to read her pretty well. The doc also helped me get her medicine for much cheaper than I was paying before. The clinic cat is also the best and I like to put my face in her chubby tummy. She doesn't mind that much.
