Ordered cake twice online, Waited hours for that. And finally got a notification that they cancelled it. If it would happen just one time. It’s understandable, they did same thing twice. Poor display of customer service. They dont know the value of time. Literally, taste does not even matter when you dont get ur stuff on time…. Should have better management for all their orders. Also, this is not first time, every time they are late in a preparing orders. Slow service, you will never get ur orders on time.

A big thank you to Sonali and Vijay who were really helpful and friendly. The cake was very delicious and value for money. I would highly recommend Dhaliwal Bakery and would use their services for future events.

I ordered a cake and they made in very less time and at very reasonable price. I ordered in the morning And got my cake in the afternoon and it was of my choice. Thankyou so much dhaliwal bakery. Amazing service. Must visit there.

I ordered from them for the first time to make a birthday cake. Was not disappointed, they made a tasty cake with a BEAUTIFUL design at a reasonable price! After years of ordering at Khalsa bakery and seeing flower design on cakes over & over again I am excited to think up of new birthday cake design ideas thanks to Dhaliwal Bakery!

Can't expect any worse than this place, try to call them 10 times never answer and then order online then confirmed that my order will be fulfilled the day i ordered for and was reassured that it will be but the actual day they just cancel the order saying they don't have that item available if this kind of service given by this business I don't know how they are surviving & got this kind of positive reviews when my experience is unimaginable. once again the worst experience of my life from ordering this place and will definitely advise to stay away from this place ...

I ordered customized cake from them for my son's half birthday a day before the birthday. The cake was as desired and even prettier and on time. It was fruit cake and super yum and everyone at the party praised it and loved it. I am really impressed with the cake and service, all my future cake orders will go to them. The customer service is excellent and the guy is so polite and also came to my car to keep the cake safely.
