Amazing customer service. Super friendly and welcoming. I barely had gotten off my bike and had employees asking me what they could do for me. They weren't sure if they had a part available and asked to see my bike. A few minutes later they brought it out all repaired. Thank you to the store and employees!

Great service from this store! I took my Trek MTB in because I had been unable to adjust the derailleur after I had experienced a stick in the wheel on the trail. With the demand for repair time, I fully expected to leave it there for a few days. Nope, they said to just wait outside a bit and 15 min later the tech wheeled my bike out to me - fixed! He stood outside and chatted, explaining the operation of the SRAM 1x12 derailleur. I felt like a fan allowed to go backstage at a U2 concert! Thanks for the great service and attention! #favbikestore

I am quite disappointed with this bike store in Victoria BC. It is quite disrespectful to ignore any customers that are patiently waiting outside your entryway. The store was empty of customers and staff persons were observed merely chatting to one another. Today wiil be the last time, I ever visit this store. Trek Bikes have lost my respect as a cycling enthusiast and a customer. Luckily there are plenty of other bike shops in this beautiful city who welcomes and appreciates all customers who visit or enter. Happy cycling!

First time customer and I am absolutely satisfied!
I brought my older Rocky Mountain bike in for some tires and a front tube and I was treated like a valued customer! These guys are extremely professional, kind and helpful!
Work was priced very fair in my opinion and was finished long before expected.
I will most definitely be giving this place additional business and I strongly recommend others to do the same!

This bike shop is 10/10. Expertise, service, great coffee, and always excellent vibes. Wouldn't spend my time anywhere else. The owners Scott, Bill, and Troy will always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and supported. Any time I've had an issue the lads servicing my bikes have gone above and beyond to get me back in the saddle. I purchased a Trek Checkpoint AL4 and a Trek Remedy 8 this year and couldn't be happier. Huge thank you for supporting my coaching goals with Nolan Riding. Big Love to Pro City squad.

I knew from the minute we planned our trip to Victoria that I had to visit the Trek store. As a Trek owner I though it would be a good place to come and pick up some Trek branded shirts etc. Unfortunately they didn’t have any of this stuff in store. They said they were still waiting for their shipment if this years goodies.
They had a decent selection of bikes though so if you’re in the market for hard good this is a good place to start.

Don't walk in if you don't own or looking to own a trek. I am a cycle tourist and have been to plenty of bike shops. This bike shop did not want to help me. I walk in to get my chain tension tightened. After I tell him I have to be on the ferry in 1.5 hrs he says it's going to be a 2-3 hour job. The next bike shop I went to did it for free in 5-10 min. So this guy was BSing me for sure, don't let him BS you!

These guys are fantastic! I arrived in town this last Saturday for the triathlon on Sunday and realized I needed to replace my shift cables or I wouldn't be able to do the event. The shop was extremely busy with the event going on, but they didn't hesitate to get me in. They know what they are doing and did fantastic work! My bike is shifting better than it had before. I was extremely grateful for their flexibility to help me out and so impressed with how nice and cheerful everyone in the store was. If I lived in the area I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
