North Park Bicycle Shop
You want to go where someone knows your name, or at least your bike! We're proud of our ma and pa, down-home bike shop. Heck, if we could serve you up fried chicken (or tofurkey) and mashed potatoes, we'd do that, too. We try to go the extra mile to make sure your bike, and you, are happy. Come say 'hi' and see what we can do for you.

Welcome to the North Park Bike Shop, located in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia. Since 2002, we have rolled with the times, and carry a wide selection of touring, commuting, electric assist (e-bikes), city, gravel, road, mountain, and recreational bikes. We can customise to your specs, too! We also carry kids' bikes, and a variety of cargo solutions to make your bike-life more effortless and fun.
Services
Our old location of 15 years has been around since 1913, designed by Freemasons. It is the only place outside of downtown that has purple sidewalk prisms, too. The building is slowly coming to the end of it's life and we didn't want to be 'out on the street' if push came to shove, so we unexpectedly found a new home in Larsen Music.
Our main brands are Marin and Cannondale. We proudly carry the swell sisters: Salsa and Surly. Brompton and Tern do our folding bikes, and the latter does our fantastic e-cargo. Electra takes care of the stylin', easy-ridin' city bike portion of our line-up, in both electric and non-e. We love bikes.
We carry a wide range of components to service most every make and model of bike, regardless of quality. We have basic things to fix your old beater, so you don't have to spend more than you need to. We sell the fancy stuff, too! We don't discriminate. We love it all. We do our best to recommend the best item for the job, so you get the best value for dollar.
Those utilitarian things that also make your bike nicer. Fenders keep you dry; we've got nice and sturdy basic ones or more rugged German-made ones, or just plain pretty ones. Racks let you haul all your stuff, whether you are going across town with your lunch, or across a continent, or two, with your life in four panniers.
We repair most makes and models, with a vast selection of parts and components available to us. Your 1960's vintage Peugeot can be competently, and happily, fixed equally as well as your 2017 full carbon race bike. Our relaxed, friendly, neighbourhood bike shop has earned a name in honest service with fair prices.

Another 5 star review.... I know I know its sooooo on trend, sooooo cliche........ screeeeech.... pump the brakes.... full stop...
The reason these folks constantly get 5 star reviews is because they have earned it!
Our recent purchase of a Tern GSD R14 (yes I know not your average e-bike but that's the point, ill explain later) was excellent! Wait, it was better than that. It was outstanding!... no? still better.... it was galactic! And not just from Joe and Christine, every staff member including the mechanics we personally spoke with about the purchase. It's nice to throw buzz word out there

Always a great experience here. Brought my bike in for a flat fix and asked for a tune up. Although they couldn't get to the tune up (busy!), I had my flat fixed same day and noticed on my next ride that they had snugged up some loose bolts and oiled the chain for me (which I alway neglect). A1 Top Notch - thanks for going the extra mile!

Always a great experience here.
It is a busy shop but they make sure to greet you when you walk in. Great service, quality repairs and good prices on bikes/accessories.
I brought in a bike that was limping and they sorted it out under budget.
Took my bike up and down the Lochside Trail Sunday and I was really happy about the work that was done.
A+

North Park is awesome. My bike rides like butter and the service was exceptional. Reasonably priced, too. 10/10 do recommend.

My bike was looooong overdue for a tune up and these guys were so helpful through the entire experience. I felt fully informed throughout the whole experience, from the booking of an appointment, to walking me through the estimate and diagnostic process, up to pick-up and payment day. I appreciated the communicative staff and mechanics who ensured I was aware of all the things that needed taking care of - and some unexpected, but necessary replacements after thorough inspection. Super excited to riding my bike again, knowing it's had a full once-over with thoughtful attention to detail. Thanks

Absolutely perfect experience with my new bike build! Old parts on a new frame with very little fuss. Great communication by e-mail, and quicker than expected job completion.

Wow. Simply Wow. I’m new to road bikes and I don’t talk or look like a hardcore cyclist. I just purely LOVE riding. I’ve always admired the idea of this shop when it was on Quadra, but at that time I wasn’t riding so never had a need to go in there. But the time was now, I have a handmedown bike... and I needed a new tire and tube. So I walked all the way from Harris green village with my wheel. The service I got from the garage was amazing. The person helping me was so helpful and patient. The service is outstanding. Even with a full day of repairs, they made the time to work on my wheel

Great crew of passionate individuals. Incredible service, very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and honest staff, and an awesome new location on Cook Street to boot. In a city with so many great bike shops (and with good experiences in most all of them) these guys still find a way to stand out, go the extra mile (or 10) and come out on top for me.
If you're looking for a reliable place to service your bike or are looking to hop on to a new city, cargo, cross, road, foldable (or other?) bike or get setup on the latest e-bike, check these guys out. You won't be disappointed.
Keep up the awesome
