While our services page outlines the basic tune-up pricing, we do need to see the job to give a proper estimate, and will go over this with you when you bring in your bicycle. Do not shop here! I purchased a helmet and a phone mount six days ago and was looking to return as my aunt had bought me the same as a gift in preparation for university. I went back today to have the man in the store yell at me saying they do not return helmets despite not saying that on the receipt or any writing in the store. He claimed that i bought the helmet online and called me a liar when i told him it was untrue and then he told me that i was trying to screw over a small Business when i was just simply trying to return what i had bought. The man swore at me and finally gave in to returning

I recently brought my bike for a tune up. It seemed like my bike needed a lot of work. It did, though not as much as I had predicted. On top of the quality and prompt repairs performed, my brakes were adjusted and rusted bolts and screws were replaced because "I don't like seeing rust." The Pit Stop will be the only shop I bring my bike to.

I absolutely love this little shop. Guillermo is fantastic and passionate. He cares about people as much as he cares about bikes and i wouldn’t take my vintage sekine anywhere else. This is as unpretentious and practical as it gets. Really great service and extremely reasonable pricing for repairs and servicing. I’ve been coming here for over five years and I am never disappointed.

Forgot to write a review last summer, so I'm doing it now as the bike season starts up again.
I bought a bike that needed a fair amount of work. I was told at other bike shops that it would be close to two months (!!) to get it fixed up since they were so busy. Guillermo at PitStop not only fixed my bike in two weeks, but quoted me a much better price than anywhere else. He was very patient and friendly, and took the time to walk me through the repairs. When my bike was done, it was the smoothest ride I've ever had. If you are getting a new bike, or just need a tuneup, go to PitStop!

Absolutely amazing service! I had a safety tune up done on my old bike and it looks as good as new! Brought my new bike in to have a bike rack installed and the attention to detail was amazing. The owner tweaked some things I didn’t even notice on my new bike as he installed the rack! Will only come here for my cycling needs.
