Purchased a road bike here. The staff, Uriel and another person, were helpful and set up my bike quickly. They explained my bike to me and didn't pressure me into buying stuff I didn't want. Bike came with two free tune ups, and a discount on gear. Prices were the same as other shops in the city but had bikes in stock that no other store had, especially in a medium size. For future improvement: the website needs some work.

I recently purchased my first road bike from More Bikes. I noticed they had the models I wanted in-stock online but was hesitant to visit the store initially after reading some of the reviews. However, in the two times I visited the store, I was attended to quickly and was given an opportunity to test out the bike before purchasing. They spent the time to setup my bike properly and gave me some great tips on when to do tune ups and how to maintain my new bike. I never felt any pressure to purchase and they were quite patient with me. I would recommend visiting them for your next road bike purchase

I had the worst experience I have ever had at a bike shop here. I brought my bike in to get the front derailer replaced. They said they had it in stock and could replace it no problem. This was a lie, so they kept my bike for two weeks to get a part and then called me in to show me the derailer. It didnt fit. They tried to tell me just to not use my lower gears since it was rubbing in those gears. This was not acceptable (ever) so I had my old derailer put back on. Then they handed me a bill for 65 dollars having done nothing to my bike. They didnt know how to identify the correct derailer, messed

I’m going to give these guys 1 star and for a justified reason. I was stranded with a flat, and popped into the shop to ask for assistance with filling it. They refused, even after I offered to pay for it. I have to ask; what type of bike shop refuses to pump up bike tires? I have worked as an instructor and in a shop back home for 2 years, and I can tell you that it takes ~45 seconds to pump a tire. I was told they would be “setting a precedent” if they filled my tires. So I ask this again; would you rather be known as a supportive, go-to place in the community, or a place that should be

It’s so nice of Lucy for being able to secure me a Giant Contend AR2 in 2 weeks of time. I got the bike last Friday evening, by next day already 50KM. Lucy and staff were very nice and friendly to take my bike in for derailleur fine tuning, and addressed few of my question as I am new to road biking. I also noted to Lucy there were dents on the handlebar tapes, she promised to replace them for me when tapes are in stock. Overall, great experience! (Thus far I did over 150KM in a week)

Awful store and experience. The other bad reviews are accurate. Owner of the store Lucy was not helpful and sold a oiled bag with only 15% off. The bag had black marks, oil stains, scuffs, and she didn't have any solution or care. I would NEVER come back to this store. The bag was final sale with no refund. Buyers beware!!

I have an ebike where the motor was making a noise which is never does, I called in and they said yes they can work on ebikes, I then went in to book an appointment to confirm especially since the brand I have is out of business and wanted to confirm they could work on my brand, and where I bought my bike is hard to get to with Covid operating times reduced.
* So with them saying Yes we can, I brought the bike in. Other than the read wheel motor which is the MAIN reason I brought the bike in WHICH WAS NOT EVEN LOOKED AT!!!, I asked for:
- To check my rear brake which is hydraulic and was was

Really disappointed in More Bikes. Had received their help a few times in the last couple years with nothing but positive experiences but today, they were incredibly rude at their stall at Storm The Wall. My friend and I waited patiently in line for their help to change the seat height, get the bike checked out and pump the tires (it was a friend's racing bike so we didn't know how to do it) and the employee there told us "I don't have time to help you pump the wheels or change the seat. Figure it out."

I've had my Specialized bike since 1995. I've ridden Seattle to Portland (206miles), L.A. River Ride & Irvine to San Diego Ride (100miles each).
In between I ride to work rain or shine 11 kms each way. The bike is my main mode to get to work and for exercise, so it has been maintained and cleaned by me.
After 20 years of use, the chain was starting to slip so I took the bike into More Bikes, UBC Vancouver in January 2016. Along with the chain More Bikes changed the rear cassette (also 20 years old).
April 2016, I needed a rear wheel replaced. I took it to More Bikes &

I bought a new bike from the 4th Ave store in January. The entire experience was a pleasure.
After a few rides I decided to make a drivetrain adjustment to better suit my riding style. I looked for the part I needed on-line, but it was difficult to find and the lead time was long. I took the bike back to the store and explained what I wanted. They ordered and installed the part for me and I had the bike back quickly and at a very fair price.
Recently, my Reverb seat post failed. I took the bike back again and within 2 hours had a new warranty replacement installed. I am sure that another shop

I was in the market for a fat bike and came across More Bikes on the internet. I contacted them via email and Matt immediately responded to my requests and answered all of my questions. The challenge was that I'm located in Southern California. No problem for More Bikes. Matt helped me with my purchase and worked a great deal. He also walked me through the international shipping process and in a week I had my new Rocky Mountain Blizzard 50. To make sure my bike was delivered safely, Don from More Bikes followed up on my order as well.

Would love to go to this shop since it is were dizzys cycle use to be which I went to for 25 years .their shop policy of paying for work before it is done I checked at other bike shops in the city they don't… have you pay before the work the work is done the work they did on my bike was good it to bad it looks like a good shop to got to but the policy will stop me it like they don't trust new customer not a good way of doing business and attract new costumers
