Did you buy your bike from them? If not, they don’t want your business. A couple of months ago I was looking for service for my e-bike and they said that due to covid they aren’t servicing bikes that weren’t bought from them, fair enough. Today I went in as I lost a spring (picture included) for my quick release tire, this is not a specialist part, my usual bike store (that’s not open today) sell them for two bucks, you can buy a dozen on Amazon for $10. I was told that due to covid he could only sell parts to customers that purchased their bike from them. I wish them well with what seems

Five stars are not enough to display the service I have received from this Company. At the age of 80+ they have done EVERYTHING to ensure that the .bicycle and accessories I purchased are perfect for my needs. Their courtesy and help have been exceptional and my ride and vehicle carrier could not be better. I would recommend the Company to anyone who is considering the purchase of an e-Bike in this area.

Last June, I purchased a Pedego bike from Victoria Electric Bikes. I LOVE this bike. It has me out on the bike so much more than I was a my “regular” bike. I still get moving and get exercise, but I don’t avoid hills or long distance, because I know I can rely on the pedal assist or throttle if needed. I feel so free and happy when riding my bike. So grateful to Victoria Electric Bikes for helping me find my dream bike. They were awesome to deal with!

I thought that passing 70, arthritic knees and steep hills in my neighbourhood meant no more biking for me... wrong! Linda helped me get just the right bike and with the throttle I can sail up the hills with no effort. It is hugely exciting. I highly recommend the service and choice at Victoria Electric Bikes!

They've been super helpful with extra questions I've had and helping me after I purchased as well. You can feel they really care about their customers as people and want you to have a great experience.
