This owner is rude and aggressive.
I went in to ask about having the waist band on a pair of shorts altered because the fit wasn't quite right. The lady was quite pleasant but she said she would have to consult with the guy (I assume the owner) without asking me what I wanted or looking at the shorts he barked "No can do, too complicated, buy new shorts" at this point I haven't told him what I specifically needed done yet.

I went in a few weeks ago to have the zipper on my nylon backpack repaired, the first day I went in a younger guy looked at my backpack and said it looked easy enoigh but the person who does the repairs is gone for the day.

I returned the following day and I encountered the older guy who was quick to say, no can do, take it to shoe maker down the road.

To emphasize how easy the fix was, I got back home, pulled out my needle & thread, fixed it myself.

This older guy is unpleasant and it appears he is the owner

The old storekeeper is very rude and aggressive; he failed to clean my shirt and was very defensive when I showed him the stains. I really don't mind if they mess up once in a while; everyone does, but they should take accountability or at least be polite. There's another dry cleaner that's about 20% cheaper (at least on suits and shirts) on Wellesley and Homewood; I'm surprised these guys have any clients at all

Was getting my winter coat cleaned and was quoted a price. When I came to pick it up the price had grown substantially. The owner was very rude and fought me on the price even though I was given a quote. She said that I hadn't asked the right questions when asking for a quote and refused to honour the price I was given.
Way too expensive + bad customer service = never going back.

The best service I've ever had from a dry cleaner. I've been coming here for 6 years, even though there are 2 dry cleaners on my block at home, and 3 within a block at work. Definitely worth the extra mile.
