We are an Ottawa, Canada based company that specializes in managing the personal residences in Ottawa belonging to Canadian Foreign Service personnel, while they serve abroad. We bring more than 40 years experience in the service as an MCO, and more than 30 years of those in service abroad, to our company.

Requires $500 down to have them look at your credit information with zero guarantee that you get the unit. They will keep the money even if they take too long to approve/reject your application and you find another place in the mean time.

Critical: Professionalism
Attention Students!! My daughter rented 406 Chapel and while she was still a tenant there some of her belongings were removed and discarded from storage. Her bike and accessories cost her close to $2000 and they only offered to pay her $250. Be Careful as they seem to take advantage of students

To quote Joni Mitchell. " You don't know what you've got until it's gone. " It was our first time being with an agency. All problems were resolved as quickly as possible. We have since had to rent a new place from a different agency and are really surprised at how poor the property management is. This proves that not all property management companies are as good as e and s.

As tenants renting from E & S Management and landlords of our own home rented out west we can appreciate the great job that E&S did as a rental management company. They promptly responded to any of our concerns or issues, usually responding to emails within the hour. As people renting out our own house we appreciated that they took good care of the rental house.

Since I chose E&S to manage my apartment, I couldn't be better represented. I live abroad most of the time and know that I'll receive regular updates about the tenants, their expectations, what can be improved or fixed. Sad to loose this company as the property managers. They have been great to deal with always there for our needs! We were going to sign another lease but depending who the management company is we might be asking E&S to see what else they have in their portfolio.

As a Spaniard with a job offer in Ottawa and without much knowledge about the rental market in Canada, I contacted E&S Property Management to help me find an apartment. Cyril and Samy did a wonderful job of looking after our needs as tenants. They were quick to respond to problems, attentive, and friendly to work with, and took great care of the property. When the owners of our rental moved back in, they also tried to find us another home to rent. Very sad to lose them as property managers!
