Rest Easy has been managing my rental property since 2014. They completely handled everything about listing the property for rent and then screening the prospective tenants. Once a tenant was found, Rest Easy would take care of all communications with the tenant, collect rent and provide me with detailed monthly/yearly statements. I have been a client of Rest Easy Property Management for about 2 years. Scott and his team have done an amazing job! The whole process was very smooth. Scott gave it to me straight when we were signing the contract. He came to visit the property and went over the whole contract with me in detail before signing. He very easily placed ads for the property, did walk throughs and was able to find an excellent tenant. I highly recommend Rest Easy. Scott and his staff were great to deal with, knowledgeable and very responsive. I was an 'accidental' landlord and it was absolutely worth it to have Scott and his team take good care of my property and the tenant for about three and a half years. It saved me driving to and from the property as well as fixing issues and taking calls from the tenant myself. When using Rest Easy you also have access to their network of trades. I have been with Rest Easy property for over 2 years now and i would still love to do business with them had I not bought a house! The main office always greets you courteously and you find a proficient person to answer all your questions. I had my own direct email to maintenance. They always responded within 24 hours.
