Love the possibilities to have access to the online classes. I am able to do a class at any time and with unlimited access everyday ! More than ever we need to keep moving and this way I can keep a healthy routine. I have just a small place to exercise where I have peace and quiet and with just a mat a few light weighs I can do it all. For the Bar Classes I use a big tall chair I have. It’s so nice to see you ladies everyday ... Thank you for making this available and please continue to include new videos I have try at least 6 different classes so far, and can’t wait to try the Yoga one!

I've taken classes at Pilates in Guelph since 2008. I cannot say enough good things about Caitlin and the team. The classes are enjoyable and encouraging, and can be modified to allow for different capabilities. Caitlin is someone who is committed to practicing Pilates and continuing to grow and innovate. I've found the online classes a welcome addition, as it allows me to get some movement and exercise in while being safe in my own space.

Pilates in Guelph has a high level of skill and a dedication to every day and every class instructing us so we can become and stay strong and healthy. I have come to meet alot of very friendly people and feel like I belong to a community. My body has transformed over the 2 years I have been coming 2 to 3x/week when I am in Guelph. I cant imagine being without the team and the weekly fun! What a loss it would be for me. I also can tell that the instructors are constantly working to improve themselves so that their classes assist each of us in our goals.I am 71 years old and the choices of classes

When it was first suggested that I try Pilates in Guelph to deal with two herniated disks in my low back I was extremely skeptical. After 18 months of expensive physiotherapy, Bowen therapy, chiropractic care, a visit to a naturopath and painful massage therapy I thought I would never live a normal life, The surgeons had said that if I wasn't out of pain in 6 months that surgery would be my only option - an option that would leave my physically debilitated for life. Unable to sit on any sofa, only able to work part-time, constantly in pain and facing the notion that I would never be able to travel

They are excellent instructors that really know their stuff but they can not accommodate larger bodies very easily. Some of the instructors seem fat-phobic. Currently they are catering to more advanced students. I rarely worried about re-injurying my very bad back but I can longer take classes there due to this shift in client focus with a new management.
