Ever since I got my screen fixed by him the first time my screen seems to keep breaking. I’ve gone back to him twice since then because my screen will break even while in an otter box case. I’m convinced that the screens he uses are bad quality. They also have a blue/purple tint to them and seem to overheat when in sun or a warm room. I found someone else to replace my screen for over $60 less than what he charges. Such a rip off.

My iphone XS max screen was broken and he said he would replace it by an ORIGINAL APPLE SCREEN - 350$. After changing, the screen looks like having a layer of dust on it, color turns pale and especially I always make typos while texting (because the touch screen doesn’t work like original), sometimes my phone made calls or do some actions by itself.
The day I would go to see him to fix it, I woke up and my phone was disabled like someone put so much incorrect passcode entries and I had to connect iTunes to solve it (We share passwords to each others in our family so it’s weird). Unfortunately

To be fair, he’s a man of his word - he will get it done in 15 minutes and stick to his warranty. My only issue was that I called prior and asked if he uses the official, exact same screen Apple would use if they replaced it. He said yes, and it would be 1/3 of the price Apple were charging.
He replaced the screen but the brightness and colour was off, as well as a line of pixels at the bottom. Also, my home button was wobbling, as the screen didn’t have the ‘groove’ that the official one has. He told me this is what happens on any screen replacement, and I asked if it would be the same

I booked an appointment for an iPhone screen replacement with Kento after reading his reviews. He was able to accommodate my schedule, greeted me in the lobby and fixed my phone in about 15 minutes while I waited.

I have never had a phone repaired before, so frankly I had some misgivings about the process. I never imagined my phone would look brand new.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S10, which was severely damaged. The glass was broken and the edges were bashed in.
My phone was completely restored. It looks like new.
It was refreshing to deal with someone who did what he said he was going to do, on time. He promised the work would be done at a specific time and he did.

I contacted the iPhone Doctor because there was a crack on my Samsung S7 screen. I was leaving the country in a day so my choices were limited and I wanted to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. He was competitively priced. However, once I arrived at the address I discovered it was an apartment building (I should have left). He looked at my screen and advised he could repair it. He replaced the screen and it cost $280. Within two weeks my screen inked (caused by zero impact).

I had my iPhone screen repaired on September 14th. At first, I was quite pleased with a new screen for a cheap price. I soon found out that it was cheap for a reason. The glass was poor quality and ended up cracking again just 2 weeks later under very mundane circumstances. I have had iPhones for years and regularly dropped my phone. My screen first finally cracked because I dropped it from hip-height flat into the front screen on a rocky surface. After having it repaired at the iPhone Doctor with poor quality glass, it cracked again simply while traveling in my backpack.

My iPhone 6 screen cracked, and I was looking to find a place close by to repair it. Right away, I want to say that the service is really good but not typical so I thought everyone else should at least know what to expect.

I messaged them on Friday to make an appointment for Monday (today). I followed their instructions and communicated via text message. Let them know I was 10mins away. No response. Arrived. Person works from inside their apartment. Texted to let them know I was outside the building. No response. Tried to call several times. Nothing. I waited 15mins without any sort of response and decided to leave. Very unprofessional to say your business is appointment only, then you waste your potential customer's time by forgetting they have an appointment and not have the common courtesy to respond back

My Nexus 5's screen broke and after other places quoted me twice as much, Kento fixed it for a very reasonable price in literally like 30 minutes and the replacement screen was an original OEM screen that looks great! He also offered a 3 month warranty on the replacement screen.
