Great and easy service. We’ve used BC Gadgets Maple Ridge multiple times and always great results. Recently really appreciated the text chat to reschedule appts with the snow in Maple Ridge. They got me in quickly and iphone battery was fixed within 15 min! The unlimited phone screens is great too!

Fed-ex issued me a $187 refund through BC Gadgets. The owner Mandeep Singh Sandhu refuses to give me this refund which I have an email from Fed--ex that includes a credit referance number and instructions to collect it from BC Gadgets. Fed-ex tells me that they have no way to enforce his decision and because they already gave BC Gadgets my refund then it's between me and him.
I will never use Fed-ex again and as far as BC Gadgets. Well the owner is a crook.

I just had my iphone glass fixed by BC Gadgets (for the third time, I think) and they are fast, professional, and reliable. It is difficult to leave your work phone anywhere knowing it holds so much of your personal and work information. But after reading so many reviews and heard good things about BC Gadgets from my friends, I felt they were trustworthy. They are great and I am 100% comfortable leaving my phone with them.

Had water damage to my phone just wanted to get the pics off it. They told me it would be 50 bucks non refundable to start. And it would be ready in 3 weeks and not to call. They would call me. I waited a month and a half and still no call. I called them they said it was ready. Went to go pick it up and it was no ready. They needed another week. Waited another month and a half. Still no call. I called them they said it was ready. Got there. They said they were not able to get the pics off and there was nothing they could do. 3 months and 50 bucks to find out there was nothing they could do! I feel

Did not fix the problem with the computer as requested. Had me bring in my laptop charger which was in immaculate condition and gave me back an older, and grime covered model when I picked up the computer, which I didn't notice at the time. When I realized the next day what had happened I was insistently told the charger I left with was the one I brought in. Also, they do not write up work/drop off orders or give receipts when paying cash.
