Went there last week to get battery replace for my phone. I found the staff there pretty professional. I dropped my phone off at the time slot I booked. The staff told me that I can pick up in an hour and confirmed the price of the service. Now the battery of my phone lasts for a whole day!!! (It used to last for at most 5 mins).
I gave 4 stars is because I found the home button a bit loose after the service, though it doesn’t affect its function at all. I really appreciate their efficient and professional service!

A replacement screen was fitted at Cell Clinic and found to be faulty after just one day of use and was returned and replaced for a second time. The screen can not be used outside if it is raining at all as the screens can not be sealed correctly at cell clinic, I attempted to have the screen replaced or mended for a third time and was refused by the owner after a very unprofessional phone call in which foul language was resorted to on the owners part.

Honestly, if you can afford the extra $30 take it to Apple or a certified Apple partner. The misleading OEM grade glass, invalidate any warranty that you'' have with Apple. Less than 5 days after my Iphone11 screen was replaced with an "OEM" grade glass, it fell off my bed (with an outterbox case and onto carpet) and cracked the screen again. I tried calling Apple and they were unable to fix my phone as I had gone with a non-certified partner. I tried calling CellClinic multiple times to explain what had and was told I'd hear back. I gave them 2 weeks to call me back and have yet to hear back.

Bad experience overall. I payed over $300 to repair my pixel 5 screen and it cracked (with a case on) within 24 hours of having the screen replaced.. plus they didn't connect my ear speaker/stereo speaker properly and they won't repair it because 'physical damage voids the warranty'. Unfortunate waste of money - left me with a device that works even less than it did before.
Would not recommend for many reasons. Go direct to Apple/Samsung/Google to get a repair.

Poured a fresh, piping hot americano all over my phone. Initially thought phone had survived, but after half a day of use, components such as charging port and earpiece slowly stopped working. Phone then refused to charge. Brought my phone in and after a few days my phone was returned to me at minimal charge - fully functional and most importantly no data loss. This is *2* reviews in 1 as I had the battery replaced here 2 years prior and it was still going strong at ~93% battery health.

I have a very uncommon phone that had been draining it's battery very quickly. I bought a battery and brought it to them to replace. Apparently it's been probably the first time they had ever seen my phone and wanted to take their time fixing it. I was so nervous coming back to the clinic to see if it's be still useable but the geniuses at Cell Clinic brought my phone back from the brink. I can't thank them enough.

I googled this place while I was waiting for my appointment at the Genius bar. Thank goodness. Of course Apple told me that my charging port could not be replaced and I would need a new phone. For $75, and in less than 24 hours, the charging port was replaced and my phone works great! They warranty their parts and service too. I also had the screen repaired on my son's phone while we were there. I will definitely return if I have any phone issues. Friendly and professional service.

Can't express how awesome this place is, everything costs as it states. Easy to book an appointment and they still do walk Ins as well. Most jobs take under two hours and they offer warranty on their work where applicable. Got my phone back good as new and fully charged. The range of devices they can repair is pretty far and wide. Don't upgrade if you don't need to. Just repair it. Definitely use cell clinic.

I dropped into the Surrey Cell Clinic recently for a battery replacement and a new iPhone screen. I anticipated it would take at least a day for the repairs but was thrilled when they told me to come back in 45 minutes considering a round trip from my home is just over 50 km. The costs were reasonable and the service was excellent.
I also appreciated the measures taken in response to COVID-19. Signage and physical distancing were well marked. The online appointment scheduling also helped to control the number of people permitted inside the building and the efficient service I received.

I've used the Cell Clinic on two occasions and the service is phenomenal. I had them install a screen protector a few years ago. Great service and fast. Recently, I had them repair my Huawei Mate 20 after water damage while travelling. They were phenomenal. They were very honest and charged me just for the drying. They could easily have made… up repairs and charged me much more. They didn't do anything more than was required and the phone works well now. Honest businesses are less common today than they should be. This is a very good shop. Superbly professional and with great integrity.

Sold my cellphone to Cell Clinic. Super fast and easy. Wiped my phone, sent it to them (they even provided the label), and got my cash the same day they received it by email money transfer.

The worst place to have anything repaired!
I had to come in 5 yes FIVE times to have my phone fixed. I came in for a simple screen repair but after each visit something else was ruined.
After the first visit the sensitivity of my buttons was ruined and the bottom buttons did not work. I dropped off my phone and was told to come back in an hour. When I came back after an hour nothing had even been touched on my phone and I had to sit there for an additional 90 minutes waiting. When I left I thought everything was fine until I got home and realized that the microphone to the phone was disconnected

i walked in and explqined what was wrong and the nice guy at the desk listen and explained how they work and what they would try and what the best and worse case scenarios could be. Thankfully it just ended up being my S6 Samsung battery came loose and they replaced it. kind of works out since my last S6 battery was already on the fritz.
They are good at what they do and provide their work at a fair price. They also look like they sell quality pre-owned phones for decent prices- which is what I was prepared to get if the repair was not possible.

This is the second time I have gone to cell clinic to get a phone fixed. The reason I went back is because of their service and quality repairs. I recently dropped my phone and the screen cracked. I booked and appointment online ( not necessary as walk in are more than welcomed) and within an hour they had it back and running. As if nothing happened to it. They not only took the time to fix my screen, but also cared enough to diagnose and make sure everything else is working. Their prices are fair for the quality work they do. I had an iPad screen repaired on June 15, 2018. It was busy when we are but it was nonetheless completed the same afternoon. Sandy realized the price she initially quoted was incorrect and called us to let us know it was nearly $40 cheaper than she had thought. Fast, cordial service and honest. 5 stars.

I picked up my phone for software repairs. The configuration looks different. I asked him if the technician could help. He thought it was a complaint. He knows nothing about the business, and his "know everything" attitude sucks.
It took the technician (a nice East Indian) 30 seconds to show me how it works.

I came in here to unlock my phone. Peggy was super friendly, patient and professional. The place is very legit and I was able to get repairs on my phone done in a very timely manner not to mention being very close to Guildford Mall so I shopped while I waited. She also put on my phone screen very efficiently. Highly recommended for all mobile hardware and accessory needs! Five stars!!

I took my old iPhone 4S into get a replacement battery. It was ready on time, less than an hour, and works great. Only $50 I thought that was reasonable, although I had not shopped around. Friendly customer service, definitely give them a try. They won't give you very much $ for your old phone (sell on Ebay) but you can get a used phone for not too much $ with a warranty. Great alternative if you're on a budget.

I came for a drop-in session just as they opened, as I wanted to get the dying battery in the Huawei Nexus 6P switched a new one. Peggy provided me pleasant and professional service, and switching the battery out didn't take very long. While there was a complication regarding the screen, CellClinic resolved the issue quickly with no additional charge. Overall a great experience, and I would be happy to return again if I needed any devices serviced.
