Atif is a very friendly and knowlegable person that I felt had my best interest in mind as a customer. He explained my phone problem to me and provided me with options on how he could fix it, as well as prices associated. He fixed the broken touch screen on my phone in 45 minutes with ease. My very old MacBook Pro finally gave up on me and I foolishly did not back up my files recently. To make matters worse my files were password protected which made the task of retrieving my files more difficult because it refused to recognize my password. Apple & Berry went above and beyond to retrieve my files (even bringing in additional equipment). The staff were professional and patient and solved the issue while charging me an astonishing low fee for all of this. I will definitely be a return customer in future.

I went there because the battery of my iphone had died. They were able to change it in less than 20mn, on the spot : I went home with a functioning phone. Not only that, but they gave me the choice of which battery to put in so I now have a battery that has a longer autonomy than the regular one! And to top it all, the owner was super friendly and nice. Would 10/10 recommend & return there myself!

I took my son in to repair his year-old iPad that was cracked down beyond the glass into the display screen. Great job! I didn’t want to throw it out. Too many people would call it a day and replace the device - but it actually cost less and felt way better to extend the life of the iPad and not have it go into the landfill. The owner agreed and he did a great and quick job of repairing it for less than $300. I’ll go back for any future repair needs! The service is excellent. My son and I had a hilarious chat with Atif about the wonderful scent in the store - it is “apple pie” air freshener

Man, amazing people. I didn't use our service, but I just called to ask for some consulting help regarding a phone repair at another store and they were completely transparent and very honest. About how the procedure works and whether or not I was being ripped off. I really appreciate this and will probably do business with them in the future. Highly recommend.

Went here in early July 2021 to get my iPhone's lightning port replaced because the connectors were no longer able to accept a connection and thus my phone was unable to charge. The experience at this shop was top-notch! I was shown the part that would be put into my phone and the whole procedure was explained. As a software developer, it's always great to see someone in technology who can communicate technical information so clearly and effectively.
On my way out I remembered that the battery also needed to be replaced, and he said that he could easily do that at the same time. Just super service
