I booked an appointment to get my iPhone screen fixed as I had dropped my phone a while ago and didn’t bother to fix it until recently. Khan was there to serve me and, when he saw my phone, he immediately asked me if I was sure it was cracked. Even though I told him it was, he said it wasn’t and took my screen protector off and passed the phone back to me to prove the screen was still intact. It was the screen protector that was actually cracked but I was too afraid to remove it thinking the phone screen would fall apart. Downgraded to 1 star. I was very happy when I thought they fixed my charging port problem. The guy said it was a software issue. I paid $56 tax included. I came back 2 days later because my phone stopped charging again. When I spoke with another associate, said the charging port is broken and that I would have to pay extra $85 dollars to fix the hardware.
I left the store then went to Crystal Mall. I got it fixed. The technician there said that it was a hardware problem

Great service! I brought in my iPhone screen for a repair due to water damage and they replaced the screen on the same day at a reasonable price.
Then two months later, my phone wouldn't turn on, and I brought it into Cellfixx again. Apparently, the cable was corroded from the water damage and they had to replace the screen again. They did it free of charge and I got it back the same day.
Their representative, Sam, was super helpful.

Cellfixx used an incompatible part when replacing my iPhone's cracked screen. The phone started behaving erratically weeks after the initial fix. Not realizing it was related to the screen, we took the phone to a certified Apple technician who immediately recognized third party parts as the issue. I then brought it back to Cellfixx, expecting to receive compensation. Instead, I was greeted with defensiveness and apathy. They claimed I should have brought the phone back to them once the technician had discovered it was an issue with their parts. I'm not sure what rational person would

Part of the cell doctor chain in Richmond Center. Don't use this scamming company. Took my phone there with no physical damage. When I went to pick it up they had scratched it badly and then said it was from before. Even though they had replaced the screen and put on the screen protector themselves!!

Had a friend of mine try to get their phone fixed. Was told by many people it would take a day or two. Manager or whoever told them it would be fixed today (yesterday) as they just got the part in so he brought in his phone. The person in today says that the phone isn't fixed and that they don't have the part anymore and that they gave it to their other store?
We asked for a refund as the amount was $500 and two weeks later with no repair. Person on the phone refused and said we were taking a risk by getting a part for the phone shipped in??

My android phone have battery problem and I have been downtown and Burnaby repair stores .No one can give me help .I call Cellfixx and bring my phone to Fraser location.I receive professional consulting service from their technician Paul and courteous service from Ash so impressed me… .They diagnosis my phone and fix it without battery replacement and charge me more than a reasonable price I would like to recommend everyone I know to Cellfixx if they really need their phones fixed in a professional way ! Cheapest prices I have found fixed my iPhone in less than 30 min when he quoted an hour and does it in front of you if you want to stay lol....Very impressed!! This is my second time coming here. Both times, they were able to diagnose the problem and to repair it in the least costly way possible. The time it took to repair was a little longer than their estimate. But I would rather wait for the repair to be done right, than have to come back for faulty work again and again.
