I had two phone with water damage from trips that I wished to get the photos off of. This lead me to look for a phone repair shop. I stumbled along this store while looking at reviews and what I was able to transit too.
First contact was amazing! I called in and was answered by the owner and told to drop my phone off the next day. I explained my situation they said they would do what they could after opening up the phone and seeing what the damage was. Then gave me a quote of 70 dollars if he could get the photos from either phone. No charge if he could not get them off.
The next day I was met

If you're unfortunate to have a damaged phone, don't be dismayed because Moe at Cell Care does an excellent repair job! I smashed my OnePlus 7 Pro screen with a car door which cracked the glass screen and caused the LED display to be distorted. I live in Richmond and decided to get the screen fixed at Cell Care on Main after reading some of their reviews. Cell Care did NOT disappoint! Moe is thorough in his work and he kept me up to date with the repair progress. He is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service!

Went into Cell Care phone repair because of the convenient corner location on Main St. My phone all of a duden wasnt accepting a charge and Mo figured out the problem in less than an hour. Super helpful, super fast, got to the root of the problem and fixed all with a great and personable attitude. Thanks Mo! I'll definitely be coming back with any future problems.

One of the best cell phone care experience I’ve ever had. Went to an apple authorized with a low volume on my iPhone 11 and they asked me $600 to repair a defective speaker. Came here and they first tried to clean. Problem solved. I wish I could give 100 stars just for the amazing service, smile and ethics. I wouldn’t go anywhere but here if you want to fix your phone.

Fantastic service from store owner Mo! This is one of the few places that has all the tech to offer glass replacements for your phone, so you can keep that original Apple screen and not replace it with cheap aftermarket hardware.

I have had my phone screen cover replaced here twice. Both times it was done very quickly while I waited. The new cover is applied well with no air bubbles. The screen protector they use is sturdy and has saved my phone many times. The replacement and install cost less than $12 with tax. I’ll continue to go here for this service as needed.
