THE BEST HOTEL we ever stayed!!!
I stayed this amazing hotel with my sister yesterday.
It was my sister’s big birthday and I was planning something special for her. When I found this hotel I emailed them immediately. I emailed them a lot as I had some questions about their anniversary package and wanted to make sure everything would be perfect for the birthday.
The reservation team is excellent!!
Every single staff were very welcoming. Since we arrived they made us sooo comfortable with their lovely and friendly smile.

Great small hotel with a great restaraunt & great staff & service in the heart of high society Yorkville in Toronto.
The rooms are modern some with Juliette balconies. A little on the darker side in terms of colour design but modern & simple.
The beds, linnens & plillows are great. Overall very nice rooms & bathrooms.
The lobby is simple but the attached restaurant is to die for. The room service is fast & prompt with orders.
10 star service overall! Ask concierge for an in room massage therapy session with Laura for the best deep tissue or swedish massage in Toronto!

The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Normally we stay at the Four Seasons but the Hazelton out performs the FS on all levels. The room was cozy, stunning and impeccably clean. I didn't need to ask for anything... The Hazelton anticipated all our needs. Thank you to a fabulous staff and Hotel. You just got yourself some regular customers!

Beautiful hotel. First class service. The location is perfect. Yorkville in the winter is stunning. The room was pure luxury in everyday. From the anti snore pillow to the heated floors and rain shower in the bath, this suite has it all.
I would have given a 5 Star review but I had to wait 20 min for someone to show up with the keys to my car while it was already parked right out front and ready to go. SMH

We've stayed at several five-star hotels in Toronto, and The Hazelton is going to be our first choice from now on. Like other hotels in the Yorkville area, the hotel is clean, luxurious, and has fantastic amenities. And while I find this hotel one of the most beautiful, where The Hazelton pulls away from the rest is in their customer service. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Sarah, in particular, made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the future.

I stayed there a few months ago in July for my wife 30th birthday. I called ahead to let them no that this was a special occasion and that I wanted it to be done well. Needless to say they went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel special. So much to the point people were suspecting us to be celebrities based on the 5 star treatment we were getting. It felt amazing and my wife loved it. Not to mention the restaurant steak was the best steak I ever had, the spa massage was like heaven and my hotel room was so clean I felt comfortable enough to walk around barefoot which I never do in a hotel

Having stayed at a number of Toronto hotels along with comparable five star properties, I have to say that the Hazelton ranks among the best in the world. The staff are all incredibly friendly and attentive and really do their best to ensure that your stay is faultless. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and immaculately kept with lots of memorable touches throughout. The simple fact that snacks and pop are free of charge is such a welcome departure from most hotel that charge you for every little thing. They also provide a pillow menu with lots of options to choose from to ensure a good

Hotel is perfection. From the moment you arrive the staff are there to make you feel like a truly pampered and elite guest. Beautiful rooms (especially the huge luxurious bathrooms), and of course the in-room dining and cocktails are from the fantastic offerings from One restaurant on the ground floor. We come here a few times per year for mini nights on the town and it has never disappointed.

For our first visit to Toronto we chose The Hazelton Hotel for its location and the boutique nature of the property. At first I was nervous about the sleeping conditions since our room (324) overlooked Yorkville Avenue. It turned out to be a nonissue, as the windows were double paned so very little noise came through.
The Hazelton is well located for shopping, restaurants and museums - and close to the north/south subway which is very easy to navigate. It is also a relatively short taxi ride from Billy Bishop airport. If the weather permits, eat breakfast outside at ONE Restaurant. Both

Stayed there several times and each stay was sublime!
Staff very respectful and mindful of your privacy. Rooms good size with spa bathrooms and I usually get the ones with a terrace.
One Restaurant and the Valmont Spa there are fantastic in every way. You really don't have to leave the hotel at all!

The Hazelton Hotel is truly an exceptional hotel.
I literally cannot come up with anything that wasn't superb in our most recent stay. My family and I spent 4 nights for a long weekend, and enjoyed every minute of our stay with a ton of credit to the entire wonderful team at the Hazelton Hotel. I mean entire, Doormen, Front Desk, Concierge, Cleaning crew, Spa team, Restaurant teams, so basically anybody and everybody we encountered there.
Even before arrival, I had called in to request that the two rooms that I booked would be as close as possible to each other. I've had mixed success

Located in the posh neighbourhood of Yorkville Hazelton Hotel touts class and luxury. Downstairs there's an intimate bar called One with good inventory of Scotch and other liquors. The restaurant in the back of the lobby is own and operated by the renown chef Mark McEwan. Rooms in this place are nicely decorated and are comfortable. Staffs are courteous and helpful especially Raymond who wouldn't stop until customers are fully satisfied. I would recommend this hotel definitely.

This is hands down the fanciest hotel I have ever stayed in. So every aspect of my visit was beyond outstanding.
My sister booked the Hazelton Hotel for my bachelorette party and it was the perfect location for a relaxing and chill weekend adventure. Upon arrival to the hotel the staff were incredibly helpful with everything from assisting us with valet parking to bringing our luggage up to our rooms. I have never been treated so well at a hotel in my entire life.
The room itself was unbelievable. From the spacious living room area to the super comfy bed I was blown away! The staff were again

"THE BEST!!!"
I must qualify, that if I could give 10 stars to the HAZLETON HOTEL, I would!!! I am very very particular, some might say I am overly critical. I have traveled the world staying everywhere from tiny tree houses to the most luxurious resorts, but there is no place like the HAZLETON HOTEL! I stayed for almost a month so I really got to see on a daily basis what makes this place so special. It's the people that work there. I have never ever had service like this. The staff were never ingratiating and were always genuine. I felt like I was part of the family. From Dina

Yep. I'm still loving this place. What's not to like about a hotel that treats everyone like a celebrity, and goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you want?
The rooms are spacious, and I love that housekeeping is always nearby and yet you never see them, turning down the rooms at night and freshening them in the morning. And yet there is never anyone knocking on your door yelling "housekeeping" or showing up when you least expect them.
And the food and drink served at the restaurant here is all delicious. I like to sit in the bar and enjoy one of their

The pulse of Toronto!
If you're in the Yorkville area, enjoy a light-lunch (beet salad, tuna sashimi, are some of my fav's), dinner or tea in their updated bar area. Don't feel intimidated by the name or the fact that every celebrity stays here... The atmosphere is professional, warm and intimate! One is always filled with great people and laughter which also makes it family friendly!
Enjoy the quiet, sun-lit, ambience, for Sunday brunch!
The restaurant is owned by Toronto's prominent chef, Mark McEwan, who is often found having dinner in the main dining room.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, elegant and well designed. The rooms are spacious, and I absolutely loved how many outlets were in the room - a very common gripe I have with most hotels. Extremely deep soaking bathtubs, heated bathroom floors, and the service was impeccable - the check in staff escorted us to the elevator, pointing out various features of the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again.

OK, can't review the entire hotel, but I can review the downstairs lounge and lobby area.
Dahh-ling, GORGEOUS. For those of you San Franciscans who need a reference point, think Redwood Room at the Clift hotel. Grand space, hardwood floors, black and white avant-garde photos of Penelope Cruz, Madonna and more. I really could spend some time admiring the space.
The one thing I'm not a huge fan of is overpriced everything. I mean, a $20 glasses of diluted wine is a little much for me. I'm all for paying the big bucks for the best, but not a huge fan of style without substance
