Uncut Salon

Salon was closed when we arrived for my girlfriend's appointment and he didn't show up until 20 minutes later. This was in the middle of the afternoon - no phone call or sign on the door or anything - just frantic behavior and excuses. Then he spent the whole time complaining about his life and talking trash about people he knows. The whole point of taking my girlfriend for a salon day was to make her feel beautiful but instead we both left feeling totally uncomfortable and unsatisfied.

Brent always does a great job and will make you feel like family! Excellent service.

What a delightful experience at this salon. I walked in for an Aveda product while on vacation and out with an appointment for a much-needed haircut. When I arrived for my cut, Brent had a computer screen full of photos of black women with natural hair like mine at varying lengths to chose from. For the next two hours, Brent patiently cut my locks, mentioning more than once how much fun it was to cut hair like mine again. As he cut and we got to know each other, I learned a ton about this beautiful city I am visiting with my family. Beyond a truly fantastic cut, possibly the best since I went short

I came in the other day to get a Brazilian blowout and a little trim, left with an amazing dye job, a blowout, and a little trim. I have fuzzy hair that just poofs and this is the second time I've gotten the blowout, takes awhile and is a little on the pricey side but it definitely worth it. It also locked in the colour so I don't think I'll be seeing the usual fading that comes from this sort of colour.

Nice guy, bad customer service!
On my first visit he made me sign up to book online which I thought was awesome! He stressed on how important and time efficient it is for both him and his clients. Booked an appointment at 4pm. Called him at 3pm to see if it's possible to get in early since I wasn't too far, he told me to better stick to the 4pm appointment... I come in a little before 4 and five minutes later a lady walks in and he gives her my spot and asks me to wait... Waited for 15 minutes, he stepped out of the store with saying a word to me. I left and never coming back again..

I just walked in and asked for a haircut! Thank you Brent for going way out to accommodate me! I feel like a new woman today!
