Can't believe my hair turned out so great after this session.

I have been going to Masoo for over a year now for highlights, balayage and cuts. she is a very kind person who I look forward to seeing each time. I feel very comfortable to tell her what I am wanting and she has great work ethic. although her facility isn't brand new, she always gives me the result that I want with a great value. because my front pieces are porous, the toner does tint them which comes out after a few washes which doesn't bother me. thanks Masoo for your quality services!

I had such an amazing experience at this hair salon. I did some root touch up and highlights and the price was good. I received amazing and friendly services there. Masoo Hair Design was such a delightful experience. I would definitely recommend this hair salon to all. Masoo has a very honest, polite, and bubbly personality as a hairstylist. I appreciated her presence while she was bleaching my hair. Masoo knew exactly how to bleach and treat my hair after I gave her a photo of the colour I desired. She was very informative and knowledgeable. She not only sounded like a professional but also showed to me that she could do the job.

I took the risk of trying a new salon because I just moved to the area. I wanted highlights and a trim. Sure the trim was fine, but the highlights do not reach the roots of my hair, which makes the freshly done hair look weeks old. Some strands were severely over-toned and nearly blue in colour. An extra $50 for hair that's just 2" beyond the shoulders too. Maybe those using a Groupon get poorer quality hair care? I'm sad to say this cost me $150.

I gave Masoo a 5 star rate, because she is very friendly, nice and sociable. She really knows what to do with your hair and she's one of a kind in cutting and styling hair. My family and I have been her clients for a long time and are very content with her work. She provides an exceptional customer service and tries to make sure that her clients will be 100% happy with their looks. She's very humble and generous; she even didn't let me add tip on the service payment for my first haircut. She behaves you in a very professional way while being kind and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hair

Masoo was super accommodating of my request for partial highlights and a haircut. I ended up with full highlights which resulted in an excellent result. The colours looked rainbow 🌈 and unicorn 🦄 like! I loved it.
She was also willing to accept my Groupon. For this, and the excellent results, I highly recommend Masoo.

Masoo is extremely talented!! I was nervous about trying a straightening process and she recommended a Keratin Treatment. She explained the whole process patiently to me. I have never been happier and she… gladly redid the colour after the treatment faded it. My hair has never looked better and I am getting compliments daily. Her prices are half what other salons charge, but the results are incredible!!!
